|Hi to all! Today, my journey did not start very well. I made the wrong stop and got off at the wrong place. And I am grateful to my persistent character that I was able to get there and see the ancient city of Aquileia. This is a city that performed a defensive function during the Roman Empire. Excavations are still ongoing. I was attracted to Aquileia by the ancient church and the archaeological museum. Spectacular finds on the territory of the city are found in these two places.|Привіт усім! Сьогодні моя подорож починалася не зовсім вдало. Я помилилася зупинкою і вийшла не в тому місці. І я вдячна своїй наполегливій вдачі, що я змогла таки добратися і побачити стародавнє місто  Аквілея. Це місто, яке виконувало оборонну функцію за часів Римської імперії. Досі тривають розкопки. В Аквілею мене привабиа старовинна церква і археологічний музей. Вражаючі знахідки на території міста знаходяться в цих обох місцях. |

| Aquileia was one of the largest cities of the Roman Empire before our era. I advise everyone to visit this city. Columns found by archaeologists stand on the central square, where the main events of the city took place, military gatherings, public meetings, trade bazaars. In the premises of the museum there are perfectly preserved sculptures, considering their age, they are simply incredible! Marble bas-reliefs, tombstones and statues, as well as floor mosaics. I was also impressed by the pyramid of pots, which are actually burial urns. Ancient people burned the dead and placed the remains in stone urns.|Аквілея нашбула одним з найбільших міст Римської імперії до нашої ери. Раджу усім побувати в цьому місті. На центральній площі стоять знайдені археологами колони, тут відбувалися основні події міста, збори війська, народні збори, торговельні базари. В приміщенні музею є чудово збереженні скульптури, зважаючи на їхній вік, то вони просто неймовірні! Мармурові барельєфи,  надгробні плити і статуї, а також підлогова мозаїка. Мене також вразила піраміда з горщиків, а це насправді поховальні урни. Стародавні люди спалювали мертвих і вкладали рештки в камяні урни.|

|Aquileia was a large, prosperous trading and port city. Many people and an army lived in it. But the city was completely destroyed by Attila. And a large number of people fled to other cities. To this day, scientists still find important finds underground. This city is also a UNESCO heritage site. Thank you for your attention and reading! See you soon! | Аквілея - це було велике заможне  торговельне і портове місто. В ньому жило багато людей і військо. Але місто було повністю зруйноване Аттіллою. І велика кількість  людей повтікали в інші міста. До сьогодні ще вчені знаходять під землею важливі знахідки. Це місто також належить до спадщини ЮНЕСКО.  Дякуювамзаувагуіпрочитання! Побачимося!|
