## Recapitulación del progreso
Meditando en la realización de este post, pude darme cuenta lo fugaz que pasar el tiempo y que todas las experiencias en la vida son valiosas. Para recorrer todo mi progreso responderé algunas preguntas planteadas en la tarea las cuales mostrare a continuación.

## Recapitulation of progress
Meditating on the completion of this post, I was able to realize how fleeting time is and that all experiences in life are valuable. To go through all my progress I will answer some questions raised in the assignment which I will show below.

### ¿Haz alcanzado tus objetivos?
Puedo decir que he alcanzado algunos de mis objetivos planteados, no todos jejje pero creo que mediante avance en este mundo de Hive podre lograr mucho más lo propuesto .
Yo en mi primera tarea me plantee 3 objetivos fundamentales, el primero era relacionado al desarrollo y aprendizaje dentro de la plataforma. De esto puedo decir que realmente he experimentado un crecimiento con respecto a cómo inicie, ya que en un principio me sentía perdida, no sabía muchas cosas básicas realmente 🙈, pero gracias al apoyo de este proyecto fui corriendo errores y aprendiendo cosas, aunque todavía me siento noob y necesito aprender más cosas jejeje.
En cuanto a mi segundo en el cual me propuse a realizar publicaciones diarias de buena calidad, puedo decir que he ido evolucionando con respecto a este aspecto. Ciertamente tengo muchas cosas que mejorar, pero he hecho el esfuerzo de mantenerme activa en las publicaciones de contenido, sin descuidar el cuidado a las reglas aprendidas dadas en esta iniciativa en este tiempo ☺️.
Y mi tercer objetivo era relacionado a alcanzar ciertos valores de Hive Power , Reputación, seguidores y comentarios. En cuanto a Hive Power no alcance la meta que me había propuesto a final de mes, la cual era de llegar a 200-300 HP , pero a pesar de ellos creo que avance bastante y estoy muy contenta por eso 😊 les mostrare mi estado inicial y mi estado actual:

6.369 HP (propios) + 70.432 HP (delegados)
>Final de mes
89.589 HP (propios) + 55.540 HP (delegados)
En cuanto a reputación mi meta era llegar a 60 , pero a pesar que no lo logre estoy satisfecha de lo que logre, ya que en un inicio comencé con 44 de reputación y ahora actualmente subí a 57.
En cuanto a seguidores y comentarios me he dedicado a interactuar con las personas de distintas comunidades. He visualizado y comentados muchas publicaciones, esto me ha ayudado a aprender y conocer muchas personas y su trabajo dentro de hive.

### Have you achieved your goals?
I can say that I have achieved some of my goals, not all of them hehehe but I think that by advancing in this world of Hive I will be able to achieve much more of what I proposed.
In my first task I set 3 fundamental objectives, the first one was related to the development and learning within the platform. From this I can say that I have really experienced a growth with respect to how I started, because at first I felt lost, I did not really know many basic things 🙈, but thanks to the support of this project I was running mistakes and learning things, although I still feel noob and I need to learn more things hehehe.
As for my second one in which I set out to make good quality daily publications, I can say that I have been evolving with respect to this aspect. Certainly I have many things to improve, but I have made the effort to stay active in content publications, without neglecting the care to the rules learned given in this initiative in this time ☺️.
And my third goal was related to reach certain values of Hive Power , Reputation, followers and comments. As for Hive Power I did not reach the goal I had set myself at the end of the month , which was to reach 200-300 HP , but despite them I think I advanced quite a lot and I am very happy about that 😊 I will show you my initial status and my current status:

Going through my posts to answer this question, I was amazed that my most voted post was one titled: [Easy and creamy maracuya ice cream with 3 ingredients]( https://hive.blog/hive-120586/@ross92/eng-easy-and-creamy-maracuya-ice-cream-with-3-ingredients) I was very happy that doing what I like to do the most, which is cooking, got the highest reward. ### ¿Cuántos amigos nuevos haz hecho?
Bueno realmente más que contabilizar un numero de amigos, puedo contarles que he interactuado con muchas personas de distintas comunidades. Me enfoque en revisar comunidades de cocina, fotografías, naturaleza, collage, mascotas y otras más 🤭. ### How many new friends have you made?
Well actually more than counting a number of friends, I can tell you that I have interacted with many people from different communities. I focused on checking communities of cooking, photography, nature, collage, pets and others 🤭. ### ¿Qué fue lo más difícil de aprender?
Bueno para mí lo más difícil de aprender fue lo relacionado a la segunda tarea llamada: Cargar un video a 3speak. Unas de las cosas que no entendía en un principio era como asociar mi cuenta a 3speak, pero gracias al tutorial de la tarea pude realizar eso. Ciertamente sigo aprendiendo sobre este tema de realizar videos, esto es nuevo para mí jejeje, pero soy creyente que de los desafíos se sacan las mejores enseñanzas.

### What was the hardest thing to learn?
Well for me the hardest thing to learn was the second task called: Upload a video to 3speak. One of the things I didn't understand at first was how to associate my account to 3speak, but thanks to the tutorial of the task I was able to do that. I am certainly still learning about this topic of making videos, this is new to me hehehe, but I am a believer that the best lessons are learned from the challenges.

## Retroalimentación
Puedo decir que ha sido un buen sido un viaje lleno de buenas experiencias. Me ha gustado mucho mi regreso a Hive. Cuando en el 2018 escribía en lo que era antiguamente la otra plataforma, me sentía literalmente como un pequeño pez, dentro de un inmenso mar, no sabía hacia qué dirección ir. Realmente esto de la creación de las comunidades me ha encantado, creo que ayuda a todos a encontrar su lugar dentro de la plataforma.
En cuanto al proyecto aliento creo que es unas de las mejores iniciativas que he encontrado dentro de la plataforma por muchas razones, la primera es que muestran verdadera pasión por ayudar a novatos a crecer dentro de la plataforma. Y no solo eso, sino que, dentro de este proyecto, hay personas que con paciencia te brindan las herramientas que necesitas y están dispuesto a resolver dudas. Creo que el conocimiento es las cosas más valiosas que puedes regalar a alguien.
Puedo decir que mi experiencia fue muy buena en este proyecto, las persona me recibieron y estuvieron dispuesta a ayudarme. Me gusto participar en el hive Classroom y poder tener a la mano los distintos tutoriales proporcionados por la iniciativa de novatos.
Si algo es de recomendarles es que continúen con esta labor, ya que creo firmemente que ayudar a otros es una acción noble, y es una siembra que da frutos de bondad a su tiempo.
Espero que muchos otros novatos se animen a participar en esta iniciativa, creo que la pasaran muy bien y aprenderán nuevas cosas.

## Feedback
I can say that it has been a good trip full of good experiences. I have really enjoyed my return to Hive. When in 2018 I was writing on what was formerly the other platform, I literally felt like a small fish, inside a huge sea, I didn't know which direction to go. I really loved this community creation thing, I think it helps everyone to find their place within the platform.
As far as the encouragement project I think it is one of the best initiatives I have found within the platform for many reasons, the first one is that they show real passion for helping newbies to grow within the platform. And not only that, but within this project, there are people who patiently give you the tools you need and are willing to resolve doubts. I believe that knowledge is the most valuable thing you can give to someone.
I can say that my experience was very good in this project, the people welcomed me and were willing to help me. I enjoyed participating in the hive Classroom and being able to have at hand the different tutorials provided by the novice initiative.
If anything, I recommend you to continue with this work, as I firmly believe that helping others is a noble action, and it is a sowing that bears fruits of goodness in time.
I hope that many other newbies are encouraged to participate in this initiative, I think they will have a great time and learn new things.
