My feed is almost entirely posts from resteemable? ?

I've never used it. Is everyone using this now?
Earlier today i got a reply saying i had filled up someones feed. This was really confusing to me because i only post 4 or 5 things a day. I space them apart usually 4 hours at least and sometimes as much as 12 hours. 

Hi Everyone! : )  I don't use resteemable and had never heard of it until this afternoon.I don't know if my posts are clogging up peoples feeds or not. If my posts are jamming up your feed i don't know why or how it happens. Thank you. 

Also note i'm not knocking resteemable... I'm new and just learning :)
