Hoy les comparto un nuevo arte en 3D para el concurso de esta semana de Splinterlands. Este personaje siempre me a parecido un poco tétrico, y por eso me gusta jajaja.
Este personaje quise darle un toque diferente al original, y me pareció buena idea agregar el sombrero y los yoyos, porque son objetos que se pueden relacionar bastante bien con un payaso, por otro lado, como es un personaje a distancia, creo que los yoyos son buen arma para él.

Today I'm sharing a new 3D art for this week's Splinterlands contest. This character always seemed a bit creepy to me, and that's why I like it hahaha.
I wanted to give this character a different touch from the original, and it seemed like a good idea to add the hat and the yoyos, because they are objects that can be related quite well to a clown, on the other hand, since he is a character from a distance, I think the yoyos they are a good weapon for him.

Para este personaje no utilice la escultura. Empecé modelando la mascara utilizando el modificador de mirror, de igual forma con el gorro, pero luego lo aplique mara modificar el otro lado.

Luego pasé a modelar la gargantilla, esta se me dificultó un poco la parte en que esta rota, pero pude resolverlo. En cuanto a la camisa, a veces se me dificulta también un poco pegar las mangas de la parte del tronco porque hay que modificar la un poco la malla para que calce de manera correcta.
Para que se vea mas suave utilicé subdivisión de superficies x2 en prácticamente todas las piezas, esto los hago siempre cuando modelo y no uso escultura.

Then I went on to model the choker, it was a bit difficult for me the part where it is broken, but I was able to solve it. As for the shirt, sometimes it is also a bit difficult for me to glue the sleeves on the trunk part because the mesh has to be modified a bit to make it fit correctly.
To make it look smoother I used x2 subdivision of surfaces in practically all the pieces, I always do this when I model and I don't use sculpture.

En algunas de estas partes utilicé el modificador de "solidify" para que tengan un grosor y no tenga la apariencia de una hoja.
Y Luego de terminar con la camisa, hice la parte e abajo, que luego tuve que modificar para encajar el sombrero con la ropa. Después hice la mano en la que le utilicé un modificador de mirror centrado en la ropa para que quede al mismo nivel y no tener que duplicarla y poner en posición manualmente.

On some of these parts I used the "solidify" modifier to make them have a thickness and not have the appearance of a leaf.
And After finishing with the shirt, I made the bottom part, which I then had to modify to fit the hat with the clothes. Then I made the hand where I used a clothing-focused mirror modifier on it to make it level and not have to manually duplicate and reposition it.

Ya en esta etapa estaba casi listo el modelo, solo fue de terminar de agregar algunas partes simples como el yoyo, una esfera para la cara, los ojos, el gorro y hacer unos huesos para la mano y así posarla.

At this stage the model was almost ready, it was just finishing adding some simple parts such as the yoyo, a sphere for the face, the eyes, the hat and making some bones for the hand and thus posing it.

Luego de asignar los materiales, también puse las velas para dar un toque mas tenebroso.
