Verdadero significado de la eternidad.

Encuentro interesante la forma en la que los seres humanos, para sobrellevar el tedio de la vida moderna y todas sus implicaciones, convertimos el vació existencial en voracidad; un hambre capaz de devorar el mayor de los deseos, ya sea la cualidad de lo breve o la tormentosa aspiración que representa la eternidad en sí misma... ¿Alguna vez circula la idea en tu mente?, ¿Cual seria el sentido de la banal existencia (si es que alguna vez lo tuvo) si nunca terminara? En mi mente ha surgido, una y otra vez, esa pregunta. — Pese a que todas las respuestas posibles son especulativas, he llegado a interiorizarlas como propia.

Para mí, la muerte es el propósito de que queramos vivir sin pensar en un mañana. Si quitamos esa constante de la ecuación, en algún punto de nuestra inagotable existencia, terminaríamos siendo un masa incapaz de recordar nuestra propia identidad. Un pasajero del tiempo que, de tanto nadar a contracorriente, se extenúo de correr el maratón de su desdicha. Un moribundo que dejo de sentir apego por la belleza, por el arte y por la vida; Un ser incapaz de conectar emocionalmente con otra persona; condenándose a sí mismo a experimentar una existencia en la austeridad más absoluta; la del alma. ¿si todo se marchita y muere excepto tú, que sentido tiene?

Tal vez los primeros 1.000 años serian divertidos, pero sin un soporte sobre el suelo que pisas, ¿por qué querrías continuar?...

True meaning of eternity.

I find it interesting the way in which human beings, to face the boredom of modern life and all its implications, we turn existential emptiness into voracity; a hunger capable of devouring the greatest of desires, be it the quality of the brief or the stormy aspiration that represents eternity itself ... Does the idea ever circulate through your mind? What would the meaning of banal existence be (if it ever had) if it never ended? This question has come up in my mind over and over again. — Although all the possible answers are speculative, I have come to internalize them as my own.

For me, death is the purpose we want to live without thinking about tomorrow. If we remove that constant from the equation, at some point in our inexhaustible existence, we would end up being a mass unable to remember our own identity. A passenger of time who, after swimming against the current, is exhausted from running the marathon of his misery. A dying man who stopped feeling attached to beauty, art and life; Not being able to connect emotionally with another person; condemning oneself to live an existence in the most absolute austerity; that of the soul. If everything withers and dies except you, what's the point?

Maybe the first 1,000 years would be fun, but without one foot on the ground, why would you want to continue?...
