* En el primer título de 1998 <i>Spyro</i>, un joven saurópsido purpura, tiene como deber liberar a los dragones que han sido cristalizados por <i>Gnasty Gnorc</i>; un gnomo-orco que planea robar la preciada colección de tesoros que han protegido los dragones durante siglos. — Un videojuego que ayudo a sentar las bases del género de plataformas tridimensional.

* En el segundo título de 1999, por infausto destino, lo que inicialmente sería un viaje para disfrutar unas merecidas vacaciones a orillas del mar, se convierte en una lucha de vida o muerte luego de que <i>Spyro</i> cruzara un portal que lo transporta hacia una realidad en donde el dinosaurio <i>Ripto</i> aterroriza al misterioso reino de Avalar. — Esta entrega introdujo nuevos poderes de dragón.

* Finalmente en el tercer título del año 2000, <i>Spyro</i> deberá recuperar 100 huevos que han sido robados por un conejo durante la celebración del Año del Dragón; una festividad que ocurre cada doce años. — En esta aventura el jugador experimenta, de primera mano, el control de nuevos personajes jugables.

Entre los notables cambios audiovisuales, lo primero que impacta la vista del jugador es la sorprende e indiscutible calidad gráfica; un diseño que puede mirar de frente, sin bajar la mirada, a los videojuegos actuales. — Entornos coloridos, personajes carismáticos, animaciones actualizadas y una jugabilidad que, a pesar de ser la misma de antaño, se percibe nueva y mucho más fluida.

También es importante destacar dos novedades: la importancia del nuevo control analógico que asigna variadas funciones a determinados botones. Y por último un ritmo de juego más elevado — Ambas novedades permiten al jugador vivir una experiencia de juego mucho más dinámica e intuitiva...

Como opinión personal estoy en mi derecho de poder afirmar que <i>Spyro Reignited Trilogy</i> es indiscutiblemente una de las mejores remasterizaciones conocidas — Una decisión motivada por la cantidad de horas jugables que ofrece y la diversión que transpira, incluso en los tiempos actuales. — En conjunto es impecable.

Antes de tomar una decision, es importante tener en cuenta que los 3 videojuegos NO están completos en el disco físico; haciendo de la descarga de <i>DLC</i> y actualizaciones un acto obligarío. — Dejando ese detalle de lado, el titulo sirve como recordatorio de lo que eran capaz los estudios del pasado.
