RULESET: Explosive Weaponry<br><br>Description: <br><br>
All units gain the Blast ability.
<br><br>
Additional damage is equivalent to main damage divided by 2, rounded up.
<br><br>
Include a unit with Reflection Shield in your lineup to absorb blast damage and protect your back line.

**The Blast Ability** is one of my favorite abilities so I like **the Explosive Weaponry Ruleset**. In battles with **the Explosive Weaponry Ruleset**, all monsters have **the Blast Ability**.

- **Blast Ability** : Does additional damage to Monsters adjacent to the target Monster.

In battles with **the Explosive Weaponry Ruleset**, if I have the opportunity, I definitely add at least one **Monster with the Reflection Shield Ability** to my team. But if I don't have a chance to use **the Reflection Shield Ability**, or according to my strategy, I don't hesitate to add **Monsters with the Martyr Ability** to my team. When used with a good strategy, I think both abilities are very useful to the team in such battles.

- **Reflection Shield Ability** : This Monster doesn't take damage from Blast, Magic Reflect, Thorns, or Return Fire.
- **Martyr Ability** : When this Monster dies, adjacent Monsters get +1 to all stats.

I also use Monsters with the Taunt Ability a lot in battles with Explosive Weaponry Ruleset, because when I know the target the enemies will attack, I can determine more determined strategies, which makes my strategy work better. Finally, I would like to point out that Monsters with the Scattershot Ability can be very effective in such battles because Ranged and Magic Attack Monsters with the Scattershot Ability attack a random enemy target. Actually, I don't like random attacks because the luck factor is very important in random attacks, but if you are lucky, they can hit very good targets. I'd also like to point out that Monsters with the Scattershot Ability ignore the Taunt ability, which I think makes them more effective in this type of battle. 

- **Taunt Ability**  : All enemy Monsters target this Monster (if they are able to).
- **Scattershot  Ability** : Ranged and Magic attacks hit a random enemy target.

I will share my two battles to support my strategies that I mentioned above, I hope you like them.

- **Holy Protection Ruleset** : All Monsters have the Divine Shield ability.
- **Fog of War Ruleset** : Monsters lose the Sneak, Snipe and Opportunity abilities.
- **Explosive Weaponry Ruleset** : All Monsters have the Blast ability.

<center>**MY STRATEGY**</center>

Since the battle had the Fog of War ruleset, there was no need to use a monster with the Taunt Ability in this battle. In this battle, I thought it would give my team an advantage if all the Monsters on my team had the Void Armor Ability, the Amplify Ability, and +1 Armor, so I chose Grandmaster Rathe as the Summoner. I put Uriel the Purifier in the first position on the team because I thought Uriel the Purifier could make a strong defense, also he can ruthlessly attack the target every other round. I added Corsair Bosun to my team without hesitation, as the battle has the Explosive Weaponry ruleset. Since Corsair Bosun had the Reflection Shield Ability, he wouldn't take damage from Blast so the team's back line wouldn't take damage while he was in the second position. I put Runemancer Atuat with the Headwinds ability in third position considering that there may be Ranged Attack Monsters on the opposing team. Also, having a Tank Heal Ability monster on my team would make it difficult for Uriel the Purifier to be destroyed, so I put Venari Crystalsmith with the Tank Heal Ability in fourth position. I put Djinn Renova with Strengthen Ability in fifth position. I put Adelade Brightwing in the last position. The most important reason for adding Adelaide Brightwing to the team was that she had the Repair ability and the Resurrect ability. I thought both abilities could give the team a big advantage in this battle.

Grandmaster Rathe is a Summoner that gives the Void Armor Ability, and the Amplify Ability, +1 Armor to all friendly Monsters. 

- **Void Armor Ability** : Magic Attacks hit the armor of Monsters with the Void Armor Ability before their Health.
- **Amplify Ability** : Monsters with the Amplify Ability increase Magic Reflect, Return Fire, and Thorns damage to all enemy monsters by 1.

Uriel the Purifier has the Flying Ability and the Recharge Ability at level 1, the Heal Ability at level 2.

- **Flying Ability** : Has an increased chance of evading Melee or Ranged attacks from Monsters who do not have the Flying ability.
- **Recharge Ability** : This Monster attacks every other round but does 3x damage.
- **Heal Ability** : Restores a portion of the Monster's health each round.

Corsair Bosun has the Reach Ability and the Reflection Shield Ability at level 1.

- **Reach Ability** : Melee attack Monsters with the Reach ability may attack from the second position on the team.
- **Reflection Shield Ability** : This Monster doesn't take damage from Blast, Magic Reflect, Thorns, or Return Fire.

Runemancer Atuat has the Headwinds Ability at level 1.

- **Headwinds Ability** : Reduces the Ranged attack of all enemy Monsters.

Venari Crystalsmith has the Tank Heal Ability.

- **Tank Heal Ability** : Restores a portion of the Monster in the first position's health each round.

Djinn Renova has the Strengthen Ability.

- **Strengthen Ability** : All friendly Monsters have increased Health.

Adelade Brightwing has the Flying Ability and the Repair Ability at level 1, the Resurrect Ability at level 2.

- **Flying Ability** : Has an increased chance of evading Melee or Ranged attacks from Monsters who do not have the Flying ability.
- **Repair Ability** : Restores some armor to the friendly Monster whose armor has taken the most damage.
- **Resurrect Ability** : When a friendly Monster dies it is brought back to life with 1 Health. This ability can only trigger once per battle.

I'm not surprised that Corsair Bosun is in second position on the opposing team because it's wise to have a monster with the Reflection Shield Ability in a battle like this. To be honest, the opposing player's strategy was also very good. Honestly, I didn't like having War Pegasus in the opposing team, because there is no advantage to having high armor against War Pegasus. And War Pegasus made the first attack, destroying Uriel the Purifier's 7 armors in one hit. The opposing team's attacks were very effective, frankly, it would have been very difficult to win this battle without Adelade Brightwing on my team. Because Uriel the Purifier was destroyed in the second round, I wasn't expecting that, fortunately Adelade Brightwing brought him back to life. Towards the end of the second round, my team started to become more effective in battle, but War Pegasus' attacks were very brutal and very demoralizing.  After the opposing Corsair Bosun was destroyed in the third round, my team breathed a sigh of relief as it became easier to destroy monsters on the opposing team. In such a battle, it becomes much easier to win the battle after the monster with the Reflection Shield ability is destroyed, so it wasn't too hard for my team to destroy the enemy monsters in the other rounds.

The battle lasted for 5 rounds, it was remarkable that while all the monsters on the opposing team were destroyed, 5 monsters were still alive in my team, which shows that my strategy worked quite well. To win a battle like this, it was very important to make the monsters in the first two positions survive longer, and my team did it. - **Born Again Ruleset** : All Monsters have the Rebirth ability.
- **Target Practice Ruleset** : All Ranged and Magic attack Monsters have the Snipe ability.
- **Explosive Weaponry Ruleset** : All Monsters have the Blast ability.

**Rebirth Ability** : When this Montser dies it will self-resurrect with 1 Health once per battle
**Snipe Ability** : Targets enemy Monsters with Ranged, Magic, or no attack that are not in the first position.

<center>**MY STRATEGY**</center>

I wanted to share this battle to talk about my different strategy in battles with Explosive Weaponry ruleset. It is advantageous to use the Taunt Ability in such battles because knowing the target the enemies are going to attack allows me to strategize better. I used 2 monsters with the Taunt Ability in this battle. I put Agor Longtail in first position and Mycelic Slipspawn in fourth position. And I put Monsters with Martyr Ability in the second and third positions. Agor Longtail is a very powerful dragon, it can both defend very powerfully and attack the target very powerfully. When its all stats increased, it would be much harder to hit it and it would be able to attack much more powerfully. By the way, having the Blast ability after failing to hit the target is of no importance or advantage. And I've added Monsters with Tank Heal Ability and Repair Ability to the team, which would make it much more difficult to destroy Agor Longtail. By the way, since my team has 2 Monsters with the Martyr Ability and the battle ruleset has the Born Again ruleset, it meant that Agor Longtail's all stats could increase by +1 by 4 times.

Quix the Devious reduces the ranged attack of all enemy ranged attack monsters by -1 and the speed of all enemy monsters by -1.

- **Martyr Ability** : When this Monster dies, adjacent Monsters get +1 to all stats.

Fungus Flinger has the Martyr Ability and the Blind Ability at level 5.

- **Martyr Ability** : When this Monster dies, adjacent Monsters get +1 to all stats.
- **Blind Ability** : All enemy Melee & Ranged attacks have an increased chance of missing their target.

Mycelic Slipspawn has the Taunt Ability, and the Forcefield Ability at level 4.

- **Taunt Ability** : All enemy Monsters target this Monster (if they are able to).
- **Forcefield Ability** : This Monster takes only 1 damage from attacks with power 5+

Scavo Hireling has the Repair Ability.

- **Repair Ability** : Restores some armor to the friendly Monster whose armor has taken the most damage.

Goblin Psychic has the Tank Heal Ability, and the Affliction Ability at level 4.

- **Tank Heal Ability** : Restores a portion of the Monster in the first position's health each round.
- **Affliction Ability** : When a Monster with Affliction hits a target, it has a chance of applying Affliction on the target causing it to be unable to be healed.

The opposing team's attacks were very effective until the monsters with the Martyr Ability on my team were destroyed, and they managed to destroy them both in the second round. But after they died, hitting Agor Longtail became quite difficult and Agor Longtail's attacks became much more brutal. Both Agor Longtail's attacks and Mycelic Slipspawn's attacks were devastating for the opposing team. In the face of their attacks, the opposing team was very helpless. Indeed, it was now very difficult to destroy them and survive their attacks.

The battle only lasted 4 rounds despite having 43 mana and the Born Again ruleset. Honestly, I didn't expect this battle to end so soon. My strategy worked pretty well in this battle, and my team won a pretty tough battle very easily. While all monsters were destroyed in the opposing team, only 2 monsters were destroyed in my team, and their destruction was already part of my strategy.
