Minted and listed.

<p>O shit, I minted, and listed my very first NFT on Foundation.
You might know that the first platform I dropped NFTs on, was MakersPlace. However, I was still looking for a platform that would accept photography in its pure form. This means, solid, fine art, not heavily adjusted kind of work.</p>

<p>And even with Foundation, I had a hard time selecting my work. Because, where  would I start?</p>

<p>The best start would be to mint something I can never stop looking at, and that would be the ceiling of the ballroom in Palais Garnier (also known for the Phantom of the Opera), it's the most famous opera in the world and an iconic building for France that covers the Neo-Baroque. Just look at that ceiling... and there are sooo many more ceilings in this opera, it is mind-blowing every single time you walk in a room.</p>

<p>Just look at the details. Astonishing. I'm so happy with this photograph and all the information is within. It simply showcases the amount of work, time, and love that went into creating this amazing building.</p>

<b>Fees versus Legacy</b>
<p>But what the actual fuck. I paid about 125$ in gas fees to drop this. And I know "you should've waited for a drop in gas fees", but I don't really care to be honest.</p>

<p>I'll slowly be dropping my legacy on Foundation. With a gallery with work that I'm most proud of.</p>

Damn @kryptik! You still alive homie?! That has been such a long time. Cool seeing you here in one of my quickies :D. How've you been Mr. Deep Voice? XD

I did some NFTs on the BSC chain, a free gallery on OpenSea, and some on Hic et Nunc.

Kinda skipped and burned on BSC since I found out they are pretty much centralized and take additional measurements to US citizens to make it harder to use BSC... like why?

OpenSea free gallery; never did anything with it. 

Actually sold quite some NFTs on Hic et Nunc, but trying to keep things organized and have the variety of work-styles finding a home of their own. 

And I'm stupid for not publishing my photography -anywhere-, so publishing them @ Foundation feels alright with me. Got to grind to publish more though. But hey, as long as I can put a legacy out there, I'm ok.

You mean 12.50 right?! Hm. Lifestyles of the rich and famous, I suppose. Gas fees tho? Even digitally, gas is expensive eh? Some things never change. Was MakersPlace not exactly the right fit? You think Foundation’s better for fotos in general, or just your preference?

I mean. I'm not rich, nor famous, but I did want my work to be on Foundation, I could skip the listing since I don't mind if it's not being sold. I just want to start putting my work online in a gallery. So even after my passing, my work lives on.

I feel MakersPlace isn't the right fit for pure photography, I feel that altered works would be a better fit over there. With Foundation, I see more photographers out there. Or at least, it looked like that before I joined.

You’re too humble. Wait til I become an NFT shark for holding your work. I really like the feel behind Foundation. I’ve been alright otherwise, with a lot of unexpected turns in the road. My brother was hurt recently, so honestly to cope I’ve been working at the my task harder than ever, to keep things running at home. It’s been too long, and it’s nice to hear from you too. Think you’ll make some jerky again this fall?
