Antes de conocer todas sus propiedades yo habitualmente lanzaba a la basura la cáscara de plátano y banana por no creía que ella hacía de mucha ayuda , pero ahora que conozco sus beneficios la uso hasta el final ya que la banana o el plátano, ( en Venezuela le llamamos Cambur ) es una fruta que contiene muchos minerales y proteínas, además que tiene muchas vitaminas como B12, A y E entre otras además del potasio que contiene, lo cual es demasiado buena para nuestra piel, organismo, cuerpo y hasta para nuestra casa la podemos usar, son increíbles las maneras de las cuales podemos utilizar etsa fruta para nuestro beneficio, aparte que es un gran aporte a nuestro medio ambiente por que todo es super natural.

La cáscara de plátano o banana contiene muchos beneficios tanto como para la salud como para el uso del hogar como por ejemplo lo podemos usar para el acné, las verrugas y las ojeras, tanto como para abono para las plantas entre otras, por eso antes de tirarla podemos utilizarla en muchas cosas.

Yo desde hace tiempo estaba en internet y vi que para las ojeras y las bolsas utilizaban la cáscara de plátano, yo tengo ojeras y bolsas un poco pronunciadas y quise probarla en mí y en mi mamá y de verdad que nos funcionó muchísimo por que disminuyó el tono de la ojera y la apariencia de las bolsas, lo llevo haciendo desde hace mucho tiempo y de verdad que me consta que es verdadero.

• Después de comer un cambur y guarde la cáscara en la nevera hasta que esté súper fría.
> - After you eat a cambur and store the peel in the refrigerator until it is super cold.

• Antes de aplicar la cáscara me lave muy bien el rostro y ya después de un largo tiempo en la nevera la saco y le quitó la punta y luego la corto de un tamaño parecido a mis ojeras.
> - Before applying the peel I wash my face very well and after a long time in the refrigerator I take it out and remove the tip and then cut it to a size similar to my dark circles under my eyes.

• Coloco las cáscaras justo en las ojeras debajo de los ojos, cuando la coloque estaba super fría ( dejarla el tiempo que se puede tolerar ) las dejé allí aproximadamente por 5 minutos y hasta que senti que ya se estaba cambiando a temperatura natural.
> - I put the peels right on the dark circles under the eyes, when I put it on it was super cold ( leave it as long as you can tolerate ) I left it there for about 5 minutes and until I felt it was already changing to natural temperature.

• Luego de retirar la cascara procedo a realizar un leve masaje utilizando el dedo anular que es el que tiene menos fuerza con el excedente de la cáscara. / - After removing the peel, I proceed to perform a light massage using my ring finger, which is the one that has the least force with the excess peel.

• Después de dar el pequeño masaje me lave la cara con abundante agua para quitar lo pegajoso y listo, así quedan las ojeras y las bolsas, sin menos expresión y menos color.
> - After giving the small massage I washed my face with plenty of water to remove the sticky part and that's it, that's how the dark circles and bags look, without less expression and less color.
