I am not sure why the salted egg in the Philippines is red, but when we buy it in the market, we often asked the seller if they have "Pulang Itlog" or red egg. When they heard that, they'll immediately know that we're looking for a Salted Egg. It's like, it's color is the identity of our Salted Egg here. I'm curious though, what's the color of the shell of the salted egg in other country. Do you have salted egg in your place? I remember, we had a project before in TLE and we have to make salted egg. And we need to look for duck egg to find that. Good thing our classmates knows someone that sells duck egg so the whole class ordered from that someone. Although I remember it as a fun and exciting memories, I already forgot how I made it haha. Ahh, I didn't color my salted egg with red that time, I showed it to the teacher as is. Ehe

We're in our way to the Market to buy salted egg. It's Sunday so the seller where we often buy it, is for sure present today. Her salted egg is cheaper, their cheapest one was with a crack on its shell which cost 10 pesos only. While the regular cost 14 pesos and the smallest size was 2 for 25 pesos. I chose the 14 pesos though and Mama get the 10 pesos. She chose the salted egg with the smallest crack on it's shell to make sure that it is still safer to eat it. She bought three and I got two.

The weather is really nice for this morning walk of ours. Mr. Sunny's hiding which I am really thankful.

Anyways we're already on our way home here, we take the other route coz we're planning to buy cooked veggies. Unfortunately they are closed today. And during our walk here, this small building caught my attention. It's an Animal Bite Center, like I am so happy to know we have them here. I'm just curious though if their rate for their vaccines is cheap or something. With a lot of cases of people getting bitten by cats and dogs, this is really helpful for Bansudeños. But seriously though, their space is really just small.

We arrived home after our short walk in the Market and this what's greeted me in Mommy D's store. She fries some Taro and I love it coz she didn't put anything in it but just salt. It's a good snack and I like how she fry it, like there's a crunch and its soft inside. Yum, yum!

On the other hand, Mommy F's taking care of the radish salad and she already put the salted egg in it too together with honey, tomatoes and onions. I'll eat this too coz I heard Radish is really good for cough. I won't eat the salted egg though

Here it is! Yummy, yummy! It's been a long time since we last had this. Usually, we don't put salted egg when mom make Radish Salad. But today's different.

And happy HPUD guysuuuu! It's first day of June so i'm sure some of you already know what day today is. It's Hive Power Up Day and of course I wouldn't miss this. I have 7435 Hive Power right now, that's after powering up 16 Hive. I am so happy with my Hive progress! I'm still far my 8000 HP goals, and still working in it.
