আসসালামু আলাইকুম আশা করি আপনারা সবাই ভাল আছেন ৷ আজ আমি আপনাদের তৈরি করে দেখাবো মনাক্কা ৷ এটা আমরা ছোটবেলায় অনেক খেয়েছি ৷ এরসাথে আমাদের ছোটবেলার অনেক স্মৃতি জড়িয়ে আছে ৷ বর্তমান সময়ে এটা খুব একটা দেখা যায় না ৷ শুধুমাত্র বিভিন্ন সময়ে মেলাতে এগুলো দেখা যায় ৷ তাই আমি আপনাদের জন্য এই মনাক্কা তৈরীর রেসিপি নিয়ে এলাম ৷ এটা তৈরি করা খুবই সহজ ৷ তো দেখা যাক কিভাবে মনাক্কা তৈরি করতে হবে ৷

ময়দা.
কালোজিরা.
তেল অথবা বাটার বা ঘি.
গুড়া দুধ.
তরল দুধ অথবা পানি.
চিনি.
