If you’re into no hold barred knowledge dropping and institution slaying wisdom @valuedcustomer writes some great stuff, also @por500bolos has great content with more of a sense of humour.  @Juliakponsford is a really interesting and involved artist and @satorid has some really brilliant work.  I’ve been into @montycashmusic’s music recently.  You probably know @soundlegion and @isaria, 2 musical powerhouses on the platform.  
I also have been and will be putting out 2 original videos and 2 audio tracks each week of pretty ecclectic stuff.  
Speaking of which, @radioeclectic does a killing radio show on vimm with lots of great music that i’ve never heard before.

I know I have the same issue. Check out @nonameslefttouse if you want a nice laugh, that is one of my favorite writers.  

Maybe you could share your list once you get some feedback I can use some more people to follow, my feed isn't as active as I like it to be.

I don't know which Discords you might be a part of, but The Terminal is a good place to look for good-quality authors. Some of the Community Discords and feeds are also good sources. Natural Medicine and Build are two I belong to.
