For whatever reason, every 21 year old at work wants to hangout with @runridefly.  Back in my teens and 20's I was the life of the party, but I'm in my 40s now.

So before my first son was born, my co-worker asked me to go out with him and his friends for drinks.  I was hesitant to go out drinking with 21 year olds, but I did it because my co-worker had become a close friend within the year.

So we meet for beers at my favorite watering hole and we proceed to get drunk.  It doesn't take too many beers, when they are over 7% alcohol. 

After we had our laughs at the bar, I was going to get my drunk ass on my dream machine, and ride the five miles home, but that didn't happen.

These guys wanted to continue partying, but not with beer.  All of these guys are professional pot smokers, and especially my co-worker.  He gets high all day and throughout the night and is functional.  When I smoke out, I'm lost in the routine of busy work and never accomplishing anything.

So we go to his house and proceed to get high on his medical marijuana, using a gravity bong.  I hadn't used a gravity bong in 24 years and this marijuana is super potent compared to back in the day, when we would buy bags of what we called mexican weed.

So I'm super drunk and extremely high on this medical marijuana, holding onto the picnic table for my life.  All I can remember telling my friend that I was being pulled from the table.   I had never been this kind of high, where I actually felt a force pulling me into the air.   I can remember actually being worried that I was going to fly away.  


I can remember all of these guys laughing at me, but my co-worker kept on asking me if I was ok.  I remember starting to feel like i was spinning into a black hole above me. I had never been this dizzy in my life and was immediately suffering from what felt like motion sickness, but I was motionless and holding on for my life.   

Within a few minutes of this feeling, I was throwing up everywhere below me.  And as I got up so they could hose down the patio, I proceeded to throw up in his garden.  I hadn't been this kind of sick in several years.  

I can remember telling everyone goodbye and I walked toward my bicycle, but my friend had his friend take me home.  So with my bicycle in the back of his truck, we head toward my house and I throw up almost the whole 3 mile drive home.   

I usually black out after a night of drinking like that, but I can remember everything to the point when I walked into my front door after throwing up for 3 miles.  I'm @runridefly, and I will never get drunk and smoke marijuana in the same night ever again.
