Основная причина сбоя была в веб-сервисах Amazon. Отключение не имело никакого отношения ни к Condenser (steemit.com), ни к steemd (блокчейн Steem), и api.steemit.com всё время оставался работоспособным. Сервисы самопроизвольно стали недоступны из-за внутренней проблемы сети.
