**History of photography** from @bambuka


The story behind this series of photographs is this: 
It was early autumn and the days were warm and clear. There were a lot of mushroom pickers in the forest that year and we drove far enough by car. The place was completely unfamiliar. The trees looked strange in places. They had crooked trunks, completely occupied by mushrooms.

I went into the depths of the forest, found edible mushrooms there and already decided to go back. But how? There was an impenetrable forest around. No road, no path... Despite the fact that I knew the forest well, but suddenly I felt scared: I realized that I was walking in circles. There was no cellular connection.

As if I got into a fairy tale about an enchanted forest. I closed my eyes and decided to mentally walk all the way back. But what did I remember? Only moss and mushrooms underfoot. Going out into the clearing, I remembered how my grandmother taught me: Calm down and say- road,road, lead me to the threshold. After a while, I went out on the path, and then on the road.

After another 10-15 minutes I found our car on the side of the road. 
So the road did not let me down.

And panic in the forest is the most thankless thing.
She will drive you crazy and confuse the road. The forest does not like cowards.

It was a long time ago,The pictures were taken with the camera of an old phone, which was not yet a smartphone, iit was a Nokia.

> История у этой серии фотографий такая: было начало осени, стояли тёплые и ясные дни. Грибников в лесу было много в тот год и мы поехали на машине достаточно далеко. Место было совсем незнакомое. Деревья местами выглядели странно: у них были кривые стволы, полностью оккупированные грибами.
Я пошла в глубь леса, там нашла съедобные грибы и уже решила возвращаться обратно. Но как? Вокруг был непроходимый лес. Ни дороги, ни тропинки. Несмотря на то, что лес я знала хорошо, но вдруг мне стало страшно: я поняла, что хожу кругами. Сотовая связь отсутствовала.
Как-будто я попала в сказку про заколдованный лес. Я закрыла глаза и решила мысленно пройти весь путь обратно. Но что я помнила? Лишь мох и грибы под ногами. Выйдя на поляну, я вспомнила как меня учила бабушка. Успокоиться и сказать: "дорога-дорога, веди меня к порогу". Через некоторое время я вышла на тропу, а потом и на дорогу. Ещё через минут 10-15 я нашла нашу машину на обочине. Так что дорога меня не подвела.
А паника в лесу - самое неблагодарное дело. Она и с ума вас сведёт и дорогу спутает.  Лес трусих не любит.
