The hyperinflation has caused the loss of patrimony of some families and many companies have closed. The major cause of that crisis is an exchange control launched in 2004. The exchange control prevents the acquisition of foreign currency and a regulation of prices in multiple products and raw materials. Traders had been selling at lost caused of it and the government also imposes the profit margin and sometimes also the final price.</p><p><br></p><p>This situation led to the creation of a parallel foreign exchange market in the country which makes the dollar increase in value well above that stipulated by the Venezuelan government. As a result of this, many Venezuelans searched for different ways to earn money on the internet in foreign currencies and a lot of them came to Steemit.</p><p><br></p><p>Venezuelans also saw in cryptocurrencies an opportunity to save, to invest and generate extra money income. Venezuela is one of the countries with greater adoption of cryptocurrencies. </p><p><br></p><p><a href=\"http://.https://www.criptonoticias.com/mercado-cambiario/peru-colombia-venezuela-registran-volumenes-historicos-localbitcoins/\" target=\"_blank\">The main interest began with bitcoin, at the month of October of current year Venezuela ranked second worldwide in volume of LocalBitcoin transactions, surpassing even USA</a></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Dash cryptocurrency also represents an interest for Venezuelans by the work of some projects like Dash Venezuela, Dash Help and Dash Merchant. Those projects have been working for the Dash adoption in national commerce thanks to the Dash’s treasury support. . There are thousands of people that use it and many of them live at 100% of what they earn on it. Venezuela is also one of the biggest Steem communities. In the country there are many exchange bureaus that buy Steem and SBD for Bolivars. In Venezuela there are also amazing content creators like the musicians’ which have won the @openmic contest in several times; however, no adoption work has been done in stores although the Steem has unique features that make it perfect for use as an exchange currency. These features are zero commission and 3-second transactions.</p><p><br></p><p>The system that Dash has used for adoption in the Venezuelan market has consisted in the organization of big events where merchants and the general public are invited. The attendees of these events are given Dash cryptocurrency to spend in those affiliated stores so it requires a big investment. In the Dash team they built a community from scratch with strategies which the merchant and the consumer would be motivated to adopt the cryptocurrency as a payment method. </p><p><br></p><p>Steem has a bigger community than Dash in Venezuela. However, there is no adoption of commercial stores. Steem resolves the main objection of the people about Dash and other payment crypto currencies, this inconvenience is how to obtain them? because in Steem they are obtained without buying them, whereas in Dash such thing is not possible. It is not necessary to exchange fiat money for Steem or SBD because simply by publishing content you can earn rewards as thousands of Venezuelans do. </p><p><br></p><p>Many Steem and SBD are exchanged daily for BolĂvares (Venezuelan fiat currency) to buy goods. It would be beneficial for that money to go directly to the merchants. </p><p><br></p><p><b><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Our proposal:</span></b></p><p>We want to make a massive merchant adoption, building on the work that Dash already did, and adopt those merchants for Steem by attracting investment. </p><p><br></p><p>In order to reach our goal we will start with a campaign to adopt 100 stores that accept Steem and SBD as a method of payment in the city of Caracas.</p><p><br></p><p>We will offer an incentive to the adopted trader and to the team that will work on the adoption. This incentive will be 10$ for each affiliated store, which will be distributed as follows:</p><p><br></p><p>50% for the store that will be invested in advertising campaigns on social networks. A publication in Steemit about the store will also be created. </p><p>30% as a reward for the person who manages to adopt the store.</p><p>20% for Rutablockchain that will be invest in the development of the web, domain and hosting where the shops will be published.
