Remembering that I'll be dead soon is the most important tool I've ever encountered to help me make the big choices in life. Because almost everything all external expectations, all pride, all fear of embarrassment or failure- these things just fall away in the face of death, leaving only what is truly important.

It seems that failure tends to be more public than success. Or at least that's what we perceive it to be. We fret it, we try to avoid it and we question ourselves every time we have unconventional ideas. But the simple truth is no great success was achieved without a failure.
Don't be afraid to fail. Don't waste energy trying to cover up failure. Learn from your failures and go on the next challenge because it's ok to fail if you're not failing you're not growing.
Don't be afraid of making mistakes because mistakes are valuable experiences and great teachers. Failure is good if you're not failing every now and again, then you're not trying hard enough to move ahead of yourself.

Don't be afraid to fail,
But afraid if you are not trying..
Don't be overconfident, but build confidence in yourself,
Don't judge others opinion,
But judge your own mistakes.
