Everyday it can be a struggle to become motivated. To get further from the position we are at the moment. To become more of ourselves. Better, stronger, and faster. It is perhaps a goal in life to achieve continuous personal growth. But to do so we need motivation. To stop living moment to moment and to actually go through a period of pain to come out another person in relation to who you were before. It is hard, very hard. But how then do we achieve this kind of growth? Grinding it out, that is how!  Is it motivation? Is it discipline? Perhaps the answer lies somewhere in the middle in between these two. Most of all it is sometimes just the sheer force of will required. To go ahead and knock down that door of inaction that is keeping you from your goal. This can apply both to a daily and maybe also a yearly or even lifelong goal.
