How to handle losing motivation

Every once in a while we attempt to do something in this life. To attain a goal, finish an education, or perform something simple as refurbishing several pieces of furniture in your house.

Now on these missions as I like to call them it is easy to lose your motivation because of setbacks you can encounter. And once that happens it is even easier to just give up on your attempt altogether.

One of the things you can do then is just go back to the beginning. If you go back to the reason of why you started in the first place some of your motivation might just get activated again.

And if that does not work then there is always discipline.
