Today I would like to look at Psalm 16 verse 7 to 10

7)I praise the LORD, because He guides me, and in the night my conscience warns me.
8)I am always aware of the LORD's presence; He is near, and nothing can shake me.
9)And so I am thankful and glad, and I feel completely secure,
10)because You protect me from the power of death. I have served You faithfully, and You will not abandon me to the world of the dead.

God guides us on the correct path, even at night our conscience warns us. At night when we lie awake, what do we think about, the worries of our lives, or about God and how good He is for us? God is always near to us, any time day or night, never mind where we are or in what circumstances we are. He is our Savior and will protect us from death, and give us eternal life. He will not abandon us to death.
