My Actifit Report Card: September 22 2020

This morning I decided that I must increase my distance for my morning walk. I increased with around 1800 steps. 

I also had a busy day today, which also included going for a walk with the dog after work, as well as to go and buy some stuff at the shop!! 

This gave me a nice step count.

The photo was taken during the weekend, where I tested a gadget which I bought at the flea market. This is a teflon bag into which you put your toasted cheese and tomato sandwiches, while toasting them over the fire. This makes it easy to turn the bread over, without loosing half of the ingredients into the fire, I must say it worked very well.

To clean it, you just put it into the dishwasher!!
