Is it the Grind what's keeping them?

About 2 months ago I wrote about my effort to make people aware of this wonderful Steemit platform and community. I managed to convince quite a few people to join. ## So who's apparently done grinding?
After I convinced these people below I also followed them meticulously to see if they would be able to post on a regular basis and thus understand the meaning of this platform. I truly hope they will get back on track again although I know for some it is kind of difficult to go through the grind of posting for very low revenues. But in the end, I guess it is not only a matter of gaining money but gaining more power on the platform and use it to help others. I am sure a few years from now we all benefit from getting through the grind. And if one is to back off too easily they might feel sorry when this eventually does become a success. I know it is like working hard but there is just not such a thing as earning freebies. You have to do something. That is just life.

I know some of them think they don't have enough time to write or post. But in my opinion, everyone is able to make some time for writing. If you are able to post on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and what so ever you surely do have time to create content for this community. Also a free tip: When you have time, create posts up front so when there is little time, you are able to use those posts to upload.

To be a ' good'  member of this community you must do more than 'only'  post. You have to read other posts and make replies. So it's more than posting. It takes quite some time to do it all right, so I can imagine that some don't find the time to do it very often.
