Hola hola mis amigos de Hive, bienvenidos a mi blog. El día de hoy regreso con una estupenda y deliciosa receta, les voy a mostrar cómo preparar un bizcocho de calabaza, es perfecto para el desayuno o la merienda, fácil de preparar y económico, así que toma nota para que lo prepares en casa.

**Vamos a necesitar:**
&#9997; Puré de calabaza (2 tazas).
&#9997; Harina de trigo leudante (2 tazas).
&#9997; Leche (½ taza).
&#9997; Aceite vegetal (¼ de taza).
&#9997; Azúcar (¾ taza).
&#9997; Huevos (2 unidades).
&#9997; Esencia de vainilla (1 cucharadita).
&#9997; Canela en polvo (1 cucharadita).
&#9997; Sal (¼ cucharadita).
&#9997; Azúcar glass.

>**We are going to need:**
&#9997; Pumpkin puree (2 cups).
&#9997; Self-rising wheat flour (2 cups).
&#9997; Milk (½ cup).
&#9997; Vegetable oil (¼ cup).
&#9997; Sugar (¾ cup).
&#9997; Eggs (2 units).
&#9997; Vanilla essence (1 teaspoon).
&#9997; Cinnamon powder (1 teaspoon).
&#9997; Salt (¼ teaspoon).
&#9997; Powdered sugar.

# <center>**Preparación / Preparation**</center>

Iniciamos mezclando los huevos con el azúcar.

>We start by mixing the eggs with the sugar.

Luego agregamos el aceite y el puré de calabaza, mezclar bien.

Posteriormente agregamos la harina de trigo, la canela y la sal tamizada.

Mezclamos poco a poco e incorporamos la leche y la vainilla.

Si es de su agrado, agregue pasas.

Verter la mezcla en una bandeja previamente engrasada y enharinada. Hornear por 35-40 minutos aproximadamente a 180 ºC o hasta que al introducir el palillo salga limpio. 

>Pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured tray. Bake for approximately 40 minutes at 180 ºC or until the toothpick comes out clean.

Retiramos el pastel del horno, lo dejamos enfriar y luego desmoldamos. 

>We remove the cake from the oven, let it cool and then unmold.

Espolvoree la azúcar y listo, ya podemos disfrutar de nuestro pastel de calabaza.
