Ray pulp, a very nutritious and easy to prepare recipe.
Hello hello my friends, welcome to my blog. This time I have a very nutritious recipe, easy to prepare and that will leave you sucking your fingers, I am going to show you how to prepare a stew with ray pulp.

Ray is a species of fish that can only be found in salty waters, it has no bones but cartilage, its fat content is low, it provides amino acids, potassium, sodium, phosphorus, magnesium and B vitamins, especially B3 and B12.

This fish can be prepared in different ways and today I am going to show you a very simple way to prepare it.

**Preparing this stew is very simple, we will only need:**
👍 Ray pulp (500 grams).
👍 Carrot (striped to taste).
👍 Chili pepper (4 units cut into small pieces).
👍 Onion (1 unit cut into small pieces).
👍 Worcestershire sauce (to taste).
👍 Garlic (6 cloves, crushed).
👍 Vinegar (2 tablespoons).
👍 Salt (to taste).
👍 Vegetable oil.
👍 Onoto.

Place the pulp in a pot and add water to cover the fish, then cook until boiling.

Add the pulp to a bowl and shred it with a fork or spoon. This step should be done with hot fish as it is much easier.

Add a little oil to a pan and fry the chili pepper, onion, carrot, garlic and add the onoto that the color distills.

Then add the fish, salt, english sauce and vinegar, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
