<center>**Let's talk about a resilient woman,
it could be your friend, family member, co-worker, etc.
What is her challenge in life and what
did she do to overcome the trial she faced?**</center>

There are many wonderful ladies in Hive, they are an example to follow and every day their advice, ideas keep us active contributing their ideas.

But my best example of a resilient woman has been my mother. It is logical that I take her as the first option. From a very young age she suffered a fall from a bunk bed, there were no x-rays in the town, so she simply stayed that way with her strong pain due to the fracture of the head of the femur. His bone welded causing a difference in height.

He grew up with the limitations of the time with the Spanish civil war and the world war on top. They got married and a sister encouraged them to emigrate to Venezuela with two small children. Two more were born here, including a special child who required a lot of attention.

My admiration arises when I know the story of how she took over the reins of the company that they would create with a few pots of paint and a debt of 15 bolivars. The partner left my dad alone with the debt and he was very upset and said he was going to shoot him. My mother stopped him and told him that the only thing he was going to achieve was that they put him in jail and leave her with four children to support and one of them sick.

From there, she took the drive to learn how to connect engines, paint refrigerators, and raised a company and four children, three of whom studied simple careers.

Hence my admiration to tell his story.

<center>Mi madre mi mejor ejemplo</center>


Una nueva semana de retos en las damas de hive con sus excelentes preguntas y aportes. Esas inquietudes para compartir espacios e inquietudes y aprender entre todas.

<center>**Hablemos de una mujer resiliente,
puede ser tu amiga, familiar, compañera de trabajo, etc.
¿Cuál es su desafío en la vida
y qué hizo para superar la prueba a la que se enfrentó?**</center>


Hay muchas damas en Hive maravillosas, son ejemplo a seguir y cada día sus consejos, ideas nos mantienen activas aportando sus ideas. 

Pero mi mejor ejemplo de mujer resiliente ha sido mi madre. Es lógico que la tome a ella como primera opción. Desde muy pequeña ella sufrió una caída de una litera, en el pueblo no había rayos x, así que simplemente se quedo así con su fuerte dolor por la fractura de la cabeza del femur. Su hueso soldó causandole una diferencia de altura.

Creció con las limitaciones  de la época con la guerra civil española y la mundial encima. Se caso y una hermana los ánimo   a emigar a Venezuela con dos niños pequeños. Aquí nacieron dos más, entre ellos un niño especial que requeria mucha atención.

Mi admiración surge cuando se la historia de como ella tomo las riendas de la empresa que crearian con unos potes de pintura y una deuda de 15 bolivares. El socio dejo a mi papá solo con la deuda y el muy molesto dijo que le iba a dar un tiro. Mi mamá lo detuvo y le dijo que lo único que iba a lograr era que lo metieran preso y la dejará a ella con cuatro hijos que mantener y uno de ellos enfermo.

De allí ella tomo el impulso para aprender a emboninar motores, pintar neveras y levanto una empresa y a cuatro hijos, tres  que estudiaron sencillas carreras.

De allí mi admiración para contar su historia.
