Saludos me uno al concurso #27 de la comunidad Ladies of Hive para responder a las siguientes  preguntas:

A. A veces conocemos personas increíbles que a nuestros ojos son verdaderos héroes, pero a menudo están detrás de las cortinas y no muchos lo saben. ¿Quién es tu héroe silencioso?

La pregunta de esta semana me hace pensar en esos héroes que no le hemos brindado el reconocimiento armonioso y con detalles  que se  merecen. Mi primer pensamiento me lleva a la cantidad de personal médico y sanitario que han dado sus vidas para salvar otros. 

>  This week's question makes me think of those heroes that we have not given the harmonious and detailed recognition that they deserve. My first thought brings me to the number of medical and healthcare personnel who have given their lives to save others.

Se vuelven a veces en solo números hasta que te tocan en forma cercana, el pediatra de tus hijos, la enfermera vecina, el papá de un compañero de escuela y doctor. No son números,  son personas valientes que nunca esperaron morir y que no debemos olvidar.

>  Sometimes they turn into just numbers until they touch you closely, your children's pediatrician, the neighboring nurse, a schoolmate's dad, and a doctor. They are not numbers, they are brave people who never expected to die and that we must not forget.

Luego recuerdo a las dos personas más valientes y mis héroes preferidos: mis padres y mis hijos. Mis padres abandonaron su pequeño pueblo en España, dejaron todo familia, amigos por comenzar en otra tierra donde le ofrecían una vida mejor. Es muy duro meter los recuerdos y tesoros con dos hijos en unas pocas maletas.  

>  Then I remember the two bravest people and my favorite heroes: my parents and my children. My parents left their small town in Spain, they left all family and friends to start in another land where they offered them a better life. It is very hard to put the memories and treasures with two children in a few suitcases.

Igual es el sentimiento hacia dos de mis hijos que valientemente salieron del país, con sus títulos en mano,  a buscar mejoría en sus vidas. Yo los admiro son mis héroes cada día, tuvieron que comenzar desde abajo, lavaron baños, limpiaron casas mientras los autorizaban sus documentos, nunca les oí una queja por lo que estaban pasando, me describían su día lleno de actividades múltiples. 

>  The same is the feeling towards two of my children who bravely left the country, with their degrees in hand, to seek improvement in their lives. I admire them, they are my heroes every day, they had to start from the bottom, they washed bathrooms, cleaned houses while their documents authorized them, I never heard them complain about what they were going through, they described to me their day full of multiple activities.

Cada renovación de sus papeles, cada documento aprobado era de alegría para ellos. Ahora están muy bien les costó mucho esfuerzo, sus logros me emocionan, cada bien adquirido, cada caja de alimentos que me envían, sacrificándose ellos, significan para mi mis mejores héroes silenciosos. 

>  Each renewal of their papers, each approved document was a joy for them. Now they are doing very well, it cost them a lot of effort, their achievements excite me, each good acquired, each box of food that they send me, sacrificing themselves, means for me my best silent heroes.
