La sociedad actual se va haciendo cada vez más competitiva. La competitividad se puede observar desde la infancia en el colegio hasta las edades más maduras. De este modo, muchas personas terminan adoptando la idea de que lo importante no es hacer las cosas bien, sino hacerlas mejor que las personas que están a tu alrededor.
Today's society is becoming more and more competitive. Competitiveness can be observed from infancy in school to the most mature ages. In this way, many people end up adopting the idea that the important thing is not to do things well, but to do them better than the people around you.

Muchas veces debido a la competitividad llegamos a exagerar y por ende algunas veces nos sentimos frustrados, llegando a sentir envidia y hasta agresividad. La frustración nace cuando una persona comprueba que ha sido superado por otra a pesar de haberse esforzado al máximo.

Many times due to competitiveness we get to exaggerate and therefore sometimes we feel frustrated, becoming envious and even aggressive. Frustration arises when one person finds that he has been surpassed by another despite having tried his best.

Según mi criterio, a nivel individual, el espíritu competitivo actual ha disminuido notablemente la tendencia a colaborar con los demás, lo que puedo observar especialmente dentro de la plataforma HIVE, donde cada vez se ayuda menos al nuevo, muchos son invitados a pertenecer a esta plataforma y se incorporan con un deseo grande de ser tomados en cuenta, cuando en realidad no son votados en su primer post, consideró que todo nuevo usuario debe de ser votado en su post de presentación, quizás muchos ignoran a los nuevos usuarios por temor a ser reemplazado ya que este puede llegar a destacarse más.

In my opinion, at the individual level, the current competitive spirit has notably diminished the tendency to collaborate with others, which I can observe especially within the HIVE platform, where the new one is less and less helped, many are invited to belong to this platform and are incorporated with a great desire to be taken into account, when in reality they are not voted in their first post, he considered that every new user should be voted in his presentation post, perhaps many ignore new users for fear of be replaced as it may become more prominent.

Ser competitivo atenúa, en muchos casos, la tendencia a colaborar con los demás. Debemos recordar qué es HIVE?

Si realmente somos una colmena debemos actuar como las abejas, es decir en armonía, recordemos que el trabajo de los curadores es como el trabajo de las abejas obreras, no es nada fácil, se encargan de ir a las flores a extraer un azúcar llamado néctar que transforman en miel. El curador va de contenido en contenido, buscar entre tanto contenido el que más le llame la atención, quizás muchas veces nuestro contenido no sea elegido, a pesar de nuestro esfuerzo y originalidad, pero debemos esforzarnos más, tener mucha paciencia y estudiar ese curador, para saber  lo que busca, y que más le atrae la atención.
