With so many ICOs flooding the cryptocurrency market, it is becoming more and more difficult to find a real gem. The ICO I am going to review today really grabbed my attention to an extent that I consider it as the most promising ICO currently on Neo blockchain. So let’s get started.

DeepBrain Chain is a decentralized neural network which aims to leverage AI on blockchain technology by developing a decentralized, low cost and private AI computing platform.

Artificial Intelligence products require neural network calculation in order to train models. In order to do so, data model training process consumes a large amount of computing resources. # Positives
* **Working Product**: DeepBrain introduced its AI cloud platform in May and offered more than 1,000 semantic skills on it by the end of June with a focus on audio and childhood education.
* **Under the Radar**: This project is still under the radar of most of the western investors. Therefore, it can grow rapidly once the marketing kicks off.
* **Low Cap**: The total cap of $15 Million is very low as compared to the scope of the project. Also, $6 million already went to VC's which includes Neo, GSR Ventures Management Co., Gobi Partners Inc. and more.
* **Existing Clients**: The client base of DeepBrain Chain is huge when compared to other ICOs running in the market which barely have any existing clients. Some notable clients include: Microsoft, Siemens and Samsung.
* **Unique Market**: AI on blockchain is something which is still to be explored, only a few projects are currently working in this space, so DeepBrain Chain might get the early mover advantage with a very less competition to deal with at the moment.

# Negatives
* **Individual Cap**: Individual cap of 1000 NEO is too high and will allow whales to enter the market and possibly manipulate it at later stage.
* **Market Awareness**: Being under the radar can be a positive sign for early investors, but then it could possibly be a downside of the project as well if they are not able to market their product. We all know how important hype or FOMO is in cryptocurrency markets.
* **Supply**: The total supply of DBC tokens is 10 Billion which is on the higher side and many investors just stay away from investing in coins with such a large supply. However, 85% of the tokens will be locked intially and only 15% will be available for sale.

# Recommendation
DeepBrain Chain is a promising project in my opinion. The most important element of DeepBrain Chain is that it is unique and not merely trying to do something which others have already done. The ICO conditions and token metrics looks good to me, it is not one of those ICOs who wants to grab loads of money with just a whitepaper to offer. The working product and existing clients makes it even more investable.
