ICO market is on a bull run and almost every other project is delivering good gains to its investors especially Neo based projects that have been performing really well recently. The project I am going to review today is one such promising project on Neo blockchain which aims to disrupt creative industry.

* **Problems with copyright confirmation and protection in the creative market.**
Copyright confirmation on a centralised platform is susceptible to tampering and hacking which weakens the copyright claim by the creator as a evidence in the court.

* **Lack of trust in the distribution mechanism for copyright assets.**
There is a lack of trust in the centralised system of distributing the authorisation to relevant stakeholders by the creator and profit sharing associated with it.

* **High transaction costs associated with traditional copyright process.**
In the era of lightweight innovation, that is ideas and intellectual property which may potentially be copyrighted, but which individually have small value, transaction costs associated with traditional copyright process is fairly high.

* **ZeeRights:** A blockchain based copyright solution, digitizing creative assets by providing immutable proof that a copyright belongs to the one holding the signature. The Foundation aims to reduce the actual cost to the user for copyright certification to close to zero.

* **ZeeProof:** "Zero-knowledge proof" blockchain based technique provides conclusive proof of copyright existence without disclosing any of the copyright contents, thus greatly reducing the risk of intellectual property violation.

* **ZeeSure Asset Insurance:** A “One Stop Shop” for insurance for digital assets, as well as legal consultation. 

* **ZeeCreate:** Matchmaking service to quickly connect ideas and people in need of creative ideas without the need of a middleman, making the interaction entirely P2P.

* **ZeeTalent:** A digital identity on the Zeepin platform. It provides a low-cost talent recruitment service, a fast and international communication method. Project parties can recruit teams worldwide using ZeeCrew.

* **ZeeFund Crowdfunding:** The Zeepin foundation or third party service providers will verify a project request for Crowdfunding, if approved, will be opened to the community to fund the project. Funding will be done in ZPT.

# Positives

* **Stong Team:** The Zeepin team seems to be very promising and have relevant experience in the creative industry. The CEO Zhu Fei was former CEO of Arting365 and has a total experience of 15 years in the creative industry. 
* **Scope:** The scope of the project is huge, it is trying to provide a one stop solution for all the needs of a creative entrepreneur. The creative market in itself is huge and therefore if everything falls in place for Zeepin, they can certainly become huge players in this market.
* **Hype:** As with most of the Neo projects recently, Zeepin has also gathered a lot of interest from the market, therefore making it more attractive investment opportunity.

# Negatives

* **Hard Cap:** Going by the current price of Neo, hardcap for Zeepin will be around 65-70 Million which is fairly high.
* **No Prototype:** The Zeepin team has highlighted the progress of various dApps but currently it does not have a finished MVP.

# Recommendation
I personally like the idea behind Zeepin and the scope of the project is enormous, with a quality team behind it, they should be able to deliver on their promises. However, risks associated with the project are high, simply because it does not have a prototype yet and we are unaware about many challenges that the team can probably face in future. Also the team needs to focus on too many things, which could be both good and a bad thing. Good because if it works out, it will be one stop solution for all the needs of a creative entrepreneur and bad simply because there are too many things to focus upon and they can end up being Jack of all and master of none.
