 Bitter gourd is a popular fruit.  Bitter gourd is generally of two types.  One is sweet and sour.  However, this fruit is well known for its sour taste.  It is especially loved by people who love to talk.  This fruit has many qualities besides seven.  It is full of nutrients.  Turmeric has been popular since ancient times for its medicinal properties.  As this fruit is very beneficial for the human body, it also has some disadvantages.</i>

 500 grams of ripe bitter gourd 
 Three cups of sugar

 Two cinnamon sticks 
 Two bay leaves 
 ◾Five drops are a teaspoon
 One teaspoon of chili powder
