<p>Greetings and welcome to a new installment of the <a href="https://peakd.com/splinterlands/@splinterlands/splinterlands-weekly-curation-challange-june162021">Social Media Challenge</a> proposed by the <em>Splinterlands </em>team. Today we are going to complete the cards analysis I play for the black deck. The last four are still to be seen, but first let's take a look at the deck as a whole.</p>

<p>Después de algunos cambios y algunas pruebas, hace ya varias semanas que mantengo estas trece cartas. Con hasta cuatro tanques para sortear las diferentes situaciones de combate y un puñado de cartas de rango, es un mazo que a pesar de no llevar cartas curadoras puede ser devastador. Hoy vamos a ver una que me gusta mucho, el Octopider, que al combinar su habilidad con la del invocador hace que los rivales que vienen con cuerpo a cuerpo queden prácticamente en nada...</p>

<p>After a few changes and some testing, I've been keeping these thirteen cards for a few weeks now. With up to four tanks to deal with different combat situations and a handful of ranged cards, it's a deck that despite not having any healing cards can be devastating. Today we're going to look at one that I like a lot, the <em>Octopider</em>, which when combined with the summoner's ability means that melee opponents who come with melee are practically nothing...</p>

<p><strong>Octopider</strong>: De rareza "rara" y edición Recompensa, uso esta carta a nivel 4 en su versión dorada. Esta es potente, sí que sí; es fuerte (3 de ataque de rango) y tiene buena velocidad (4 puntos), es bastante resistente (8 de vida) y consume una cantidad elevada de maná (8). Aunque a mi modo de ver esto del maná elevado no es un problema porque puede entrar muy bien en combates con mucho a nuestra disposición. O bien en combates con no tanto, combinada con cartas que consuman poco. Tiene una habilidad (<strong>demoralize </strong>desde nivel 3) que restará 1 punto de ataque cuerpo a cuerpo a todas las cartas rivales, lo cual casi siempre viene muy bien.</p>

<p><strong>Octopider</strong>: Of "rare" rarity and Reward edition, I use this card at level 4 in its gold version. This one is powerful, yes it is; it's strong (3 ranged attack) and has good speed (4 points), it's quite resistant (8 life) and consumes a high amount of mana (8). Although in my opinion this high mana is not a problem because it can go very well in fights with a lot of mana at our disposal. Or in combats with not so much, combined with cards that consume little. It has an ability (<strong>demoralize </strong>from level 3) that will subtract 1 melee attack point from all opposing cards, which almost always comes in handy.</p>

<p><strong>Phantom Soldier</strong>: Bueno, este... "soldado" bien podría ser un capitán. Esta es una carta que también me gusta mucho (en realidad es que el mazo negro mola). De rareza "épica" y edición Recompensa, la uso a nivel 3 en su versión dorada. Es poderosa (3 de ataque mágico), no demasiado rápida (3 de velocidad) y resistente (8 de vida), pero lo mejor de todo son sus habilidades. <strong>Fly</strong>, que mejora su esquiva mientras vuela tenebrosamente de aquí para allá y (lo mejor de todo) <strong>silence</strong>, que restará 1 punto de ataque mágico a todas las cartas rivales. A mí me gusta jugarla cuando disponemos de bastante maná (ésta gasta 8) y en la primera línea de rango, detrás del tanque, pues si éste cae rápido tendremos una buena segunda opción para seguir aguantando mientras hace un buen daño.</p>

<p><strong>Phantom Soldier</strong>: Well, this... "soldier" might as well be a captain. This is a card I also really like (actually, the black deck is cool). Of "epic" rarity and Reward edition, I use it at level 3 in its gold version. It's powerful (3 magic attack), not too fast (3 speed) and tough (8 life), but the best part is its abilities. <strong>Fly</strong>, which improves her dodge as she flies back and forth in a shadowy manner, and (best of all) <strong>silence</strong>, which will subtract 1 magic attack point from all opposing cards. I like to play it when we have enough mana (it spends 8) and in the first line of range, behind the tank, because if it falls fast we will have a good second option to keep holding on while it does good damage.</p>

<p><strong>Soulstorm</strong>: Aquí tenemos a otra de las cartas de rareza "épica" para mi mazo negro. Pertenece a la edición Untamed y la estoy usando a nivel 2 en su versión normal. Es fuerte (3 de ataque de rango) y verdaderamente rápida (5 de velocidad), así que pega duro y pronto. No tiene mucha vida (sólo dos puntos) y consume 5 puntos de maná (no demasiado), por lo que es buena para jugar en las medias líneas donde, si evitamos los "opportunyties", será una elección que haga bastante daño. Además de ser rápida de base, tiene la habilidad <strong>fly</strong>, mejorando su esquiva a unos niveles sobresalientes. También disfruta una habilidad que puede ser muy útil contra ciertos enemigos, <strong>snare</strong>, que elimina la capacidad de volar de éstos al atraparlos en su red. Esta última habilidad, además, impide que la carta falle el ataque contra estos rivales con alas.</p>

<p><strong>Soulstorm</strong>: Here's another one of the "epic" rarity cards for my black deck. It belongs to the Untamed edition and I'm using it at level 2 in its normal version. It's strong (3 ranged attack) and really fast (5 speed), so it hits hard and early. It doesn't have a lot of health (only two points) and consumes 5 mana (not too much), so it's good to play in the mid lanes where, if we avoid "opportunyties", it will be a choice that does a lot of damage. As well as being fast as a base, she has the <strong>fly </strong>ability, improving her dodge to outstanding levels. She also enjoys an ability that can be very useful against certain enemies, <strong>snare</strong>, which removes their ability to fly by trapping them in her net. The latter ability also prevents the card from missing the attack against these winged opponents.</p>

<p><strong>Dark Ha´on</strong>: Y por fin vamos con la única carta de rareza "legendaria" que disfruto en mis siniestras elecciones. Esta carta pasó desapercibida para mí durante bastante tiempo pero, no sé por qué, me fijé en ella y decidí probarla. No me he arrepentido. Pertenece a la edición Untamed y la estoy usando a nivel 2 en su versión normal. Consume 10 de maná, pero los merece; golpea con 2 de fuerza cuerpo a cuerpo y 3 de velocidad (no parece mucho), aunque la mejor parte es su resistencia (2 de escudo y 13 de vida) y sus tres habilidades. <strong>Taunt</strong>, que atrae los ataques de todos los demás enemigos; <strong>Flying</strong>, mejora su esquiva volando; y <strong>scavenger</strong>, gana 1 punto de vida máxima e instantánea en el momento justo que muere cualquier carta y cada vez durante el combate. Depende de la situación, me gusta colocarla tanto en primera línea como atrás del todo, siempre a resistir. Hay combates en los que me ha dado la impresión de que es casi indestructible... aunque otras veces me ha demostrado que puede morir, ¡pero dando tiempo a sus compañeras a ganar el combate!</p>

<p><strong>Dark Ha'on</strong>: And finally we come to the only "legendary" rarity card I enjoy in my sinister choices. This card went unnoticed by me for quite some time but, I don't know why, I noticed it and decided to give it a try. I have not regretted it. It's from the Untamed edition and I'm using it at level 2 in its normal version. It consumes 10 mana, but it's worth it; it hits with 2 melee strength and 3 speed (doesn't seem like much), but the best part is its stamina (2 shield and 13 health) and its three abilities. Taunt, which draws attacks from all other enemies; Flying, improves his dodge by flying; and scavenger, he gains 1 point of maximum and instant health the moment any card dies and every time during combat. Depending on the situation, I like to put her both in the front line and at the back, always to resist. There are fights where I've had the impression that she's almost indestructible... although other times she's shown me that she can die, but giving her teammates time to win the fight!</p></div>
