The Wisdom Path on Lantau island was made to be viewed from above or at-least imagine you’re viewing it from above…

Add in some golden hour, long shadows and you’ve got a pretty sweet deal. To be honest this isn’t the greatest photograph. Sometimes the Mavic shots can turn out pretty mushy, it’s especially noticeable in trees. Regardless I still thought it was a unique perspective. Perhaps  it was finishing the multi hour hike or finally stepping off endless staircase, wither way it was pretty cool to have hiked up and down Lantau peak and end at the Wisdom Path.

I have to say Sam... that I've been wanting a drone for a while... and your posts certainly aren't helping that. 

This is such a cool shot, it actually took me a while to work it all out... I'm sure it's a unique set up in the area... or most areas really.

In all seriousness, I only recommend them when people will get a good amount of use or they end up being a very expensive paperweight.

Hahaha, with you constantly pulling out gold like this, I totally forgive you.

It's a moot point because I'm not in a position to buy one (we bought a house late last year so we'll be a bit poor for a few months yet) but once I do have some spare cash I think I'll get some use amongst the amazing hiking trails in the PNW and maybe even at Ninja competitions/gyms.  It's hard to say really...

don't zoom in, is the best tip. you can add a little sharpening and play with the contrast but you can't do much to fix it, to be honest. I'm not sure why sometimes it seems worse than others.
