Why RBI Prints Limited Currency |

When there was no currency in earlier times, people used to exchange things. Like if someone has rice and someone has milk then Rice gave rice to milker and used to take milk in return.But when the currency became, then a value was created which people believe in the world like ₹ in India.And if Govormant wants, unlimited currency can print but why not print it.

So this happened in Zimbabwe in 2001 one. When the President of Zimbabwe felt that his country is poor, he made a machine and printed his own currency and distributed it among the people. Then after that the notes were made to the people.And then they had to buy a bread pack, so that they would have to take notes of potsAnd then they had to buy a bread pack, so that they would have to take notes of pots for it. After that, the meaning of that country got worse. And then they had to declare all the currency illegal. And India or any other country does not print therefore unlimited currency.Because if everyone has money, then no one will do any work and supply of goods will be done and its price will increase automatically.

So all the countries print the currency according to how much the goods were manufac- ture in a year, so that the meaning of the country should be maintained.
