La zona del país donde vivo actualmente destaca por ser productora de Merey y también maní, sin embargo el Merey o anacardo como se conoce en otra zonas, es una fruta que ves en los paisajes, parece que de forma silvestre se da muy bien en estas tierras, así que en cultivos planificados se obtiene excelente producción. Por otro lado el maní se produce de otras maneras, tiene menos exhibición como producto local. 

Cuando viajo hacia los pueblos vecinos aprovecho la oportunidad de comprar semillas secas de Merey, sin embargo en esta oportunidad estaba acalorada y decidí aventurarme con un helado; los helados de este local no son nuevos para mi, los probé hace algunos años y sé que son excelente producto, aún se mantienen ofreciendo un helado autentico.

Soy partidaria de apoyar la economía local siempre que sea posible, me da la oportunidad de explorar nuevos sabores y conocer más la cultura y costumbres de los lugares que visito, y esta experiencia fue realmente enriquecedora.  ¿Y tú? Cuéntame en los comentarios.
