It is impossible to talk about Blockchain without relating to those who are behind the results, we talk about Bitcoin and it is impossible not to remember Satoshi Nakamoto, likewise, there are other Blockchain platforms that also have their own creators and leaders who do a great job, I could not talk about all of them in this post. Rather, what I want is to highlight the three Dan's of the Blockchain world that you should meet.

## Dan Larimer

Larimer is one of the team members who started the BitShares Blockchain, we also know him as co-founder of the Steem blockchain, he was CTO of Block.one until January 2021 and is currently working on his next project [Clarios](https://decrypt.co/60063/eos-creator-dan-larimer-reveals-next-big-project-clarion). 



In addition, we have seen that he recently launched his [proposal ](https://www.eosgo.io/news/edenos-roadmap-proposed-for-eos) enhancement to make the EOS Blockchain a more decentralized space.  

So far he has been involved in many projects, and we thank him for the steps he has left ahead, he also wrote the book "More Equal Animals: The Subtle Art of True Democracy". He is certainly someone worth knowing and following closely his advances in the Blockchain world.

## Dan Hensley

Dan Hensley is recognized for his work on personal improvement which he decided to share through some Ebooks that are available on Amazon, he started to become known in the Blockchain medium as an investor, for his work in Steem highlighting his leadership skills, his support to different communities and for being the co-founder of 3speak, a tokenizable video platform with a focus on uncensorship, which is about to launch an update with a DeFi system included.
 
And I'm telling you about @theycallmedan which is his blockchain and social media username. One of the very interesting facets of Dan Hensley is his visionary approach, he keeps doing continuous podcasts on 3speak where he talks about current ecosystem problems and possible solutions. For a long time, he became a strong voice of advocacy on Twitter for Hive's Blockchain, standing out as one of the main leaders in the birth of the Blockchain. Then his Twitter account was blocked and he decided to create decentralized media, highlighting this event as further inspiration to offer more options for users to express their voice. 

Currently, the 3speaks team is working on the Speak network, an independent network that will offer a decentralized platform, it is impressive how Dan Hensley has bet on the Blockchain world and the Hive ecosystem. 

Dan Hensley has supported multiple initiatives to promote the use of cryptocurrencies in countries like Venezuela and currently continues to drive many projects, he is a source of continuous inspiration.

## Dan Notestein

Dan is a developer and visionary who finds himself running BlockTrades International Ltd, a company that specializes in cryptocurrency-related software and services. If you're wondering how he got into the blockchain world it's thanks to his work with another of his companies SynaptiCAD Inc, which was hired by Phoenix Integration where Dan Larimer was the technical lead on the project. 

He found a common ground with Dan Larimer, his focus on freedom, so when Dan Larimer found funding to develop Bitshares he hired Dan Notestein and part of his team, they were responsible for developing the BitShares peer-to-peer network. But later on, Dan Larimer ran out of budget and that's when Dan Notestein, thinking about how he could continue collaborating with the system, created BlockTrades focusing on the lack of links with other cryptocurrencies as a method that would help the adoption of Bitshares.

I am certain that this is not as simple as I summarize in this post, @blocktrades also participated in the Steem blockchain and in the forking of the blockchain to create Hive, he is currently a member of the Hive Blockchain where he has actively participated in the development of the blockchain. A few days ago we had the opportunity to hear some of his impressions in the Hive MeeUp organized by the Hive Hispanic community. We have seen that he has actively participated in Hive while surely also fulfilling other functions along with his team.
 
Undoubtedly Dan Notestein is a very interesting person worth knowing, he has many anecdotes, experiences, and achievements in the Blockchain world.

It feels very exciting to talk about these people who have done such impressive work, I talk about these three gentlemen because I admire their work in the Blockchain ecosystem, and I'm sure there are many more people who do as well. 

In Blockchain, I have been able to see things that I had not noticed before, such as the ability to communicate with the people who are making things happen, in a traditional system this would be almost impossible. And although I have not requested an interview with these visionaries Dan Larimer, Dan Hensley, and Dan Notestein;  I am sure they would have a space to clarify my doubts. Perhaps in the future, I will continue to talk about the actions of these three Dan's and their impact on the ecosystem.

## Dan Larimer

Dan Hensley es reconocido por su trabajo de superación personal el cual decidió compartir mediante unos Ebooks que están disponibles en Amazon, se empezó a dar a conocer en el medio Blockchain como inversor, por su trabajo en Steem resaltando su capacidad de liderazgo, su apoyo a diferentes comunidades y por ser el co-fundador de 3speak, una plataforma de video tokenizable con enfoque en la no censura, la cual está próxima a lanzar una actualización con un sistema DeFi incluido.
 
Y les estoy hablando de @theycallmedan el cual es su nombre de usuario en blockchain y medios sociales. Una de las facetas muy interesantes de Dan Hensley es su enfoque visionario, se mantiene haciendo continuos podcasts en 3speak donde conversa de los problemas actuales del ecosistema y posibles soluciones. Durante mucho tiempo se convirtió en una fuerte voz de defensa en twitter para Blockchain de Hive, destacando como uno de los principales líderes en el nacimiento de la Blockchain. Luego su cuenta de twitter fue bloqueada y decidió crear en los medios descentralizados, destacando este sucedo como inspiración adicional para ofrecer más opciones a los usuarios y tengan dodne expresar su voz. 

Actualmente el equipo de 3speaks se encuentra trabajando en la red Speak, una red independiente que va a ofrecer una plataforma descentralizada, es impresionante como Dan Hensley ha apostado al mundo Blockchain y al ecosistema de Hive. 

Dan Hensley ha apoyado múltiples iniciativas para promover el uso de las criptomonedas en países como Venezuela y actualmente sigue impulsando muchos proyectos, es una fuente de inspiración  continua.

##  Dan Notestein

Dan es un desarrollador y visionario que se encuentra dirigiendo BlockTrades International Ltd, una empresa que se especializa en software y servicios relacionados con la criptomoneda. Si te preguntas como llegó al mundo blockchain ha sigo gracias a su trabajo con otra de sus empresas SynaptiCAD Inc, la cual fue contratada por Phoenix Integration donde Dan Larimer era el jefe técnico del proyecto. 

Encontró un punto común con Dan Larimer, su enfoque en la libertad, así que cuando Dan Larimer encontró fondos para desarrollar Bitshares contrató a Dan Notestein y parte de su equipo, fueron responsables de desarrollar la red peer-to-peer de BitShares. Pero más adelante ya Dan Larimer se quedó sin presupuso y es ahí cuando Dan Notestein pensando en cómo podía seguir colaborando con el sistema crea BlockTrades enfocándose en la falta de enlaces con otras cirptomonedas como un método que ayudaría a la adopción de Bitshares.

Tengo la certeza que esto no es tan sencillo como lo resumo en este post, @blocktrades también participó en la blockchain de Steem y en la bifurcación de la blockchain para crear Hive, actualmente es miembro de la Blockchain de Hive donde ha participado activamente en el desarrollo de la blockchain. Hace unos días tuvimos la oportunidad de escuchar algunas de sus impresiones en el Hive MeeUp organizado por la comunidad hispana de Hive. Hemos visto que ha participado activamente en Hive mientras seguramente también cumple otras funciones junto con su equipo.
 
Sin duda Dan Notestein es una persona muy interesante que vale la pena conocer, tiene muchas anécdotas, experiencias y logros en el mundo Blockchain.

Se siente muy emocionante hablar de estas personas que han hecho un trabajo tan impresionante, hablo de estos tres caballeros porque admiro su trabajo en el ecosistema Blockchain, y estoy segura que hay muchas más personas que también lo hacen. 

En Blockchain he podido ver cosas que antes no había percibido, como la capacidad de comunicarte con las personas que están haciendo que las cosas sucedan, el un sistema tradicional esto sería casi imposible. Y aunque no he solicitado una entrevista con estos visionarios Dan Larimer, Dan Hensley, y Dan Notestein; estoy segura que tendrían un espacio para aclarar mis dudas. Tal vez en un futuro continue conversando sobre las acciones de estos tres Dan y su impacto en el ecosistema.
