**Speed** is defined by science dictionary as **the distance covered with respect to time**, while **Velocity** is the **distance covered in a specified direction**.

But in my own word, I will define speed as

>>>  The distance covered in the **RIGHT DIRECTION** with respect to time.

Take note of the word **RIGHT DIRECTION** not just **a specified direction**, this is where our focus for today will be on.

To many, how fast you move determine how much success you've made;
To an extend that's true but not totally true in reality, 
Speed does not equate progress,

>>> Accelerating in  the wrong direction never gets us to destination.

Life is not a game of sprint, where you focus more on your velocity, 

>>> Even in sprint you still need to maintain your lane, which is also directional.

Life is a game of destination, getting to the destination is what matters most and then how fast you get there.
Speed is not bad but must be in the right direction.
Even in Formula 1, the fastest man don't always win, but the fastest in the right direction wins the race.

To remain in the right direction we must remain **FOCUS** on our goal(i.e our destination)

>>> Gone are the days of **Slow and Steady Wins the race** but Fast and Focus wins the race**.


Your speed is needed but you must remain focus on your destination
Speed without focus leads to shipwreck.

>>> A patient Dog never gets to eat the fattest bone

Get on the gear, keep you head high, focus on the destination
And in no time you are there.
