Sarri came with his pattern of laying stronghold of Jorginho to form a kind of football pattern which keeps the ball but sometimes uses Hazard to tweak the system when odds arises.

Lampard uses 4-3-3 system which is very good but he inability to infuse different tactics to his system is showing and opponent have understood this and that is why he is having issues.
