Most times, the change that we seek is right within us but waiting for us to make the moves. Changes do not just occur from oblivion but they basically occur as a result of actions that have been performed. These actions are either performed by you or by someone else. However, if you do not initiate your own actions to bring about your own change, then you will be at the mercy of the change from someone else's actions.

If you do not like the change that has been occurring, then do not wish for it to change, you need to work for it to change. As permanent as change may be, it must be triggered by actions. One of Newton's laws of motion buttressed this point. As long as actions are not performed, a body will still be in its form of relative rest. This is just to let you know that changes come with actions.

As a farmer, for example, if you do not like the harvest you got in the last planting season, then you need to change your planting approach. You cannot continuing to act towards the same line and hope to have different result. For things to change for the better, you need to change your approach for the better.

The change you see on the outside must be initiated first from the change on the inside. Sometimes, the enemy we need to fight against is not the ones outside but the ones that reside within us. In the same way, the change that you seek in others must begin from you. When you have successfully changed yourself on the inside, you will have no problem changing the world around you.

The tools you need to change the world is already deposited in you, you only need to give expression to them through your actions, dedication, enthusiasm, passion and your willingness to take up new challenges. People that move the world do not do it from their comfort zone but by putting in all of themselves into work.
