I'm @samuelstifen and today we enter the 100th week of round 1 of this MusicZone event. This event continues to run very well, and the musicians here are very productive and accomplished in showcasing their talents or developing their talents. Here. I am passionate about my work and never give up. I am grateful for the journey that I have started and continue, making music an important part of my happiness and that of others. Hopefully my performance can provide beauty for the listeners.  hive music festival week 100 round 1 I performed a song titled "monsters" by james blund, a singer from Tidworth, Wiltshire,Britania Raya and a very extraordinary songwriter. and he is a singer with several genres, pop rock, soul rock, folk rock, folk pop.  [source](https://id.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Blunt) This song has a very deep meaning because this song was written by the singer from his life story and a little story from the singer that he gave for this song "My father was very sick with stage four chronic kidney disease, which is incurable, and needed a transplant. At that stage, you start to see a time frame where if he doesn't get a new kidney, he might not be with us anymore, and that was very shocking to me. He was my hero in life, and it was one of those times where as a musician, what else are you going to do but write songs? When something touching happens with a genuine meaning, that's when maybe the most authentic songs come out because you're just writing a message to the person you're writing it to". [We] wrote this very raw song when I realized that my father might be passing away soon. I'm married now, I have children, and when you have children, you start to see the whole cycle of life. My father's time was coming to an end, but he was still there to fill the void that he might leave with the children. In many ways, the song, the lyrics, it's like I'm saying the words that I might say to my children as well. When my kids talk about monsters, that's what I sing to my dad. It's my turn to chase away the monsters like he did to me. The first time I listened to this song was in late 2019, because this song was released in 2019 and I don't know what month, but the first time I heard this song it really made me sad, I asked myself why this song has such a deep meaning and really opened my mind as a boy who has to be strong to be the backbone of the family. Even though this song is about the departure of a father, I sing this song for my father too, even though the story of the song is not the same as mine, but when I hear this song, that's what I think, that I am the only son, who has to take care of everything in this house, that my father is old and his age is also so far away, and maybe I will bet this back so that I can carry out my duties as a son, and drive away the fear of my parents, and enjoy his old age. I am always silent hearing this song, why did James Blund write a song that has such a strong meaning, I am always carried away by emotions to sing it, hopefully what I give my friends also enjoy it and there is not much I can say for this week, hopefully my friends are happy with my work.
