Think before Speaking

Hello to all,

In my today's blog, I wanna discuss the topic of how you care for yourself before speaking with anyone. It's important to have thinking skill that improves your thinking skills and your relationship. Having little practice in thinking and adopting communication strategies will improve your perception of thinking before speaking.

**Speak if your comment is necessary**
In some cases speaking is necessary while you are talking with someone on chat messages think before sending a message to another one if necessary if not then you don't need to send it. While talking offering some food words can tell you how you speak with that person.

**Choosing your words more carefully**
While talking with someone you need to listen carefully and pay attention to their words before you answering with them. If someone tells you their life story then listen to him very carefully then you can ask them a question. Don't be hurry for replying while talking with someone.

**Take deep breath and excuse yourself while you tense**
While doing heated conversation or a critical situation, if you're feeling exhausted then take a long breath and give some time to yourself calm down. Think for some time or give time to yourself how you can respond to any kind of conversation.

**Stay focused on conversation**
When you gossiping each other or trying to give him full attention then you have to be full concentrate on their words. If you're busy another chores or watching TV then you have to switched off then continue your conversation with them.
