Communication is a process that perhaps we have undervalued over time, especially that type of communication whose expression through a shared language between sender and receiver is so important to preserve interpersonal relationships, and that in turn serves us so that there are not as many misunderstandings as there are when we communicate by other means other than language. 

In communication we need gestures, appearances, personal contact, because how many times has not happened to us that we send a written note that is misinterpreted because of what we wanted to convey, this means that quiz's that same written message if we give it spoken and in person can result in a more understood message, this is because any misunderstanding if we are in a verbal communication with another person can be discussed, redeem, in order to clarify the picture of confusion. 

Everything described above makes us think about the fact that communication ends up being an essential process in all areas of human life, however that talent we have to communicate is lost in its essence of effectiveness, which means that there are shortcomings that lead us to some strategies to apply for effective communication. 

It is important to emphasize that the communicational process is a process in which mutual responsibilities must be shared in the sense that we must make an effort to know how to express ourselves and make ourselves understood, but at the same time also make an effort to understand what we are trying to communicate. 

In spite of the fact that there may exist strategies so that the communicational process can take place effectively in both directions, we must take into account that we should not get used to the classic principles that we have always been taught, since these principles can change and adapt to the way in which the forms of communication evolve, so that perhaps we can learn in the present as a strategy or principle of application to improve communication, and for a future it may not serve me, but rather have to apply other principles more adapted to that future time.
