Hello friends and lovers of cryptocurrencies and finance. On this occasion I want to share with you a reflection about a question that I consider of great relevance that some of my friends who are not associated with the world of cryptocurrency investments ask me:

Is investing in cryptocurrencies profitable? 

My answer is clear and simple for those people who do not know this world of conversions: it all depends on the perspective from which you see such investment.

Anyone can make big profits by investing in cryptocurrencies. You just have to invest at the right time, like in December 2017, when no one could lose.

Cryptocurrency investments are for all circumstances, both for the one who wants to win and also for the one who is willing to risk and lose his capital.

Who can win and who can lose?

For example people who invested in the years 2015 and 2016 already by this time have made profits if they invested in reliable cryptocurrencies with high market capitalization such as bitcoin and ethereum, however not all people are willing to wait so long to see decent profits.

Another example is that of people who invested in the cryptocurrency Luna, suddenly it was thought to be a cryptocurrency backed with a good project, but we all know what happened with this cryptocurrency, so much so that I think many investors lost their investment, and others may never recover it.

For the case of the investor who wants to see short-term gains, they have to study a lot, learn to operate with technical indicators and take advantage of the fluctuations that the market gives in the short term, with all this however it can happen that the investor gets trapped in the market, that is to say that he bought at a certain price, and after that the price of the cryptocurrency drops in price. It is not known how long it takes for the time to be able to recover, which is why many sell at a loss.    

Based on what has been described so far we rephrase the question: 


Is it profitable to invest in cryptocurrencies?

From my point of view if it can become profitable to invest in cryptocurrencies, as long as we manage to invest in cryptocurrencies with greater reliability of the market, it is also important to invest when the market is at low prices, the other important thing is to be patient and wait for the right time to sell and get juicy profits, for this you must be holders of cryptocurrencies in the long term.

Necessarily to choose a good cryptocurrency project, it does not have to be a cryptocurrency that is in the top positions of market capitalization, take the example of the hive project, this is a project that hosts hive.blog, various games like splinterlands and other various applications, so if I had to advise on a good varied and diverse project I would advise investment by the hive project, which still lacks many things to develop but with what it has is enough to believe and invest. 

Finally I say to friends who aspire to invest in cryptocurrencies, educate yourselves first in seeking information to projects that support the cryptocurrency you intend to invest, it is also important to invest in assets that are willing to lose, because in the world of cryptocurrencies there is nothing safe, as they are risky and highly volatile assets.
