If we talk about the psychological difficulties that human beings have to go through and that are more complex to face, there is the fear of change or what generates uncertainty, without going very far any of us has been able to experience this situation, since by nature we are accustomed to generate a confidence derived from constant lifestyles that do not generate uncertainty.

The management of the times scares us, if it is true that the present is unstable, we are more afraid of thinking about the future, since we do not know with certainty the way in which actions can be performed in the future, but the fear that can become stronger is the fact of not being sure that we can cope with such changes, especially from the point of view of adaptation. 

The detail of all this is that it reaches a point where this fear ends up causing a discouragement that does not help us at all for our life purposes, so it is necessary to find a way in which we can find some associated solutions. 

If we analyze the natural characteristic of fear as that emotion in human beings that protects us and can even protect us from danger, we may think that a considerable degree of fear to face changes may be normal and even favorable, however we are dynamic beings in constant interaction, so we are exposed to constant change and with a whole willingness to adapt.

On the one hand we need a routine that shows us the path that leads us to build a life full of security and stability, but on the other hand the demands of the rhythms of life demand us to live in a context full of uncertainty and dynamism, where we can feel insecurity but with a need to equip ourselves. 

The best way to lose this fear is to be fully aware of the normal meaning of fear of change, this will make us relax and we can accept the changes little by little until we get into that facet of adaptation to change so necessary to prove to ourselves that we are able to overcome any fear associated with the changes that arise in our lives.
