Not stepping up to the plate when you need to do so can cripple your efforts. Not allowing yourself to take a step out of your comfort zones can derail your journey in an instant and not making huge moves on a regular basis will keep you mediocre.

You can only get better through action and that action is a requirement as often as you are willing. The more you step up, the more you take risks, the more you give a fuck about what you’re doing and where you’re going, the better. Get off of your behind and make it all happen!
