It's just like that, nature has a lot in store for us which is very beneficial for us. There are many fruits and vegetables that not only provide us with nutrients but also keep us healthy and energetic.

Looking at this fruits, I haven’t seen them before and don’t know their benefits

I use to complain a lot about the price of things that are naturally grown and being sold till I study inflation into details. I had to end up with the same conclusion, the sellers also need to earn a living 

I have never seen those sold in the shop, you have so many there! You can get a good use out of them, all organic! 

It is absolutely true that people who eat fruit daily are less likely to get sick and they contain many special things that keep our bodies perfect. 

That is very true, my friend. Nature knows what is best for us, in addition to providing us with everything we need to move forward. It is also excellent that you teach your children all this so that, as you said, they can continue with your legacy.

There is so much our present generation are not doing any longer which is not right. I believe local fruit are more beneficial health-wise for us

Growing up in the Philippines, we also enjoy palm fruits during summer! We call them “buko” or sometimes “kaong” when preserved, not sure if it’s the same variety, but it brings back childhood memories. Nature really gives us these perfect treats for the hot season. 

There are palms bearing fruit in the park close to our home, however, I'm not sure if they're edible. Looks like dates actually.

My very first time seeing anything like it. Palm fruit. I doubt we have it in Ghana Africa. When you said soft cakes, I read it and suddenly wanted a fruit in my hands haha

At first I thought it was coconut because to an extent that's how they look before they peel off the back. 

You are right sir, nature has provided us with everything we need we just need to utilize them

Eating local foods when they are in season do give health benefits to us, afterall they have grown up in our climates. Pizza and burgers lol aren't much good for keepign us healthy!

I have seen palm sugar before but I have not had the opportunity to eat it. It is very rich in vitamins, those who have the opportunity to eat it are very lucky.

The best is natural medicine and at the same time that your son can follow in your footsteps, I imagine that you like that very much.
