This is my favourite fruit. It's a nutritional and taste food. I like it

Sadly I've never seen those nor eat them, but we have blackberries or raspberries which are still good as antioxidants, the anti diabetes property is very good! 

It is also available in our city, but it is available for a short period of time and people like to eat it a lot because it is good for our health. So these people spend a lot of time and effort, so we should definitely buy from such people.

I really liked the idea of using dried seeds to treat diabetes and how people rely on them as a natural remedy.

Getting natural medicine and the plants that nature provides us is the best and they surely seek it out a lot due to all the properties it contains to prevent many diseases while taking care of our health.

Nature is beautiful. Most of the time, I always wonder what will be our life without nature

Hahaha I used to climb these trees as a kid too. Nothing beats that sweet tangy taste and the purple stains on your fingers afterward. Amazing how something so nutritious grows wild everywhere but costs so much in markets now

This is ଜାମୁକୋଳି . Blessed to have one such tree in our backyard, thanks to my forefather who planted it.

I loved learning about the many benefits this fruit has, in addition to being one of those delicious fruits.

It's great to know how many conditions it can help with.

The plums are so nutritious. I havent tried these before, normally i just eat berries !

Omg! I have missed the black plum, it's been ages since I took it. I don't know if they are in season here, would really love to taste it again 🤤

Nature is amazing and she gives us different foods in different countries to help manage our health.
All countries have different requirements and she knows that.
The best thing people can do is eat local food in season!
