Saludos,  mis hiver amigos de  la comunidad, @holos-lotus nos mantiene entretenidos con sus bellas iniciativas, esta semana nuestra amiga @iriswrite, nos trae un tema muy importante y es el hablar sobre nuestro padre, en su iniciativa número #7 puedes participar en el siguiente [Link](https://hive.blog/hive-131951/@iriswrite/mi-padre-el-amor-necesario)

Hablar de papá.
#


Que agradable es poder llegar hasta acá para contar un poco sobre esa experiencia vivida con ese ser tan cercano a mí como lo fue mi padre, hombre ejemplar y luchador que siempre se preocupó por el bienestar de su familia.

Mi padre fue un hombre cariñoso, él, para todo problema o situación que se presentaba siempre daba la salida, conservo recuerdos muy agradables de cuando era niña,  junto a él  siempre me refugiaba a la hora de huir de mi madre por cualquier tremendura que hiciera,  cuando sabía que me iba a ganar una paliza corría hacia sus piernas, él siempre me cuidaba y orientaba ante cualquier cosita que hiciera, mi mamá no tenía la misma paciencia que mi padre, cualquier cosa era "venga y la castigo arrodillada".

Mi madre nos castigaba, pero luego de dejarme arrodillada una cierta cantidad de tiempo al rato llegaba mi héroe,  mi papá,  él también me daba tremendos regaños, nunca recuerdo alguna paliza y maltratos de mi padre hacia nosotros, con ninguno de mis hermanos y menos conmigo, regaños si no nos  faltaban, cuando hacíamos algo mal,  era saber que me mantendría   sentaba durante un buen rato para darme consejos de lo que no debía  hacer para que no me volvieran a castigar.

Cuando mi padre murió, y ya yo tenía casi los 18 años cumplidos, recuerdo con exactitud cada una de las orientaciones que me daba y los consejos para salir adelante, siempre escuchaba su voz al decirme:  "estudia para que puedas tener todo lo que quieras en la vida", "jamás desmayes ante un sueño, sigue adelante". 

#

Siempre lo recordaré como un  padre orientador,  jamás me reprochaba nada, todo el tiempo estaba pendiente de que estuviese bien,  estuvo con nosotros en todo momento,  jamás nos abandonó,  hasta que llegó la hora de partir a sus 95 años, siempre estuve junto a él, lo cuidé, nunca lo dejé solo, y justo cuando enferma, que quedó en coma lo cuidaba en el día y otras veces en la noche cuando lo dejan hospitalizado.

Un día, estaba muy agotada y quería venir a descansar a mi casa, se quedó una tía con mi papá,  y al rato cuando ya estaba descansando, y apunto de quedarme dormida, recuerdo que siendo las siete de la mañana un 23 de Enero del año 1.994,  mi tía me llamó para decir que había muerto,  para mí fue algo doloroso, a pesar de que estuvo en coma durante más de un mes,  sentí que por mi culpa se  había muerto, por no estar en ese momento en el hospital, pero después  con el pasar de los años entendí que no fue así,  sino que simplemente ya había llegado el momento de partir a otro plano que ya no era el terrenal.

Sé que en el fondo di lo mejor para que él estuviese bien, que no fue mi culpa que muriera justo el día que yo venía a descansar a la casa, cada uno de nosotros tiene un tiempo aquí en la tierra, mi padre fue mi mejor ejemplo, un hombre trabajador y luchador al igual que mi madre;  pero cada uno enseñó algo diferente, su amor fue algo maravilloso, mi madre lo amó mucho, verla sufrir por su partida me partía el alma, ella quedó joven aún, pero su amor por mi padre era tan grande que jamás volvió a intentar una nueva relación, venían hombres a nuestra casa a pretenderla, pero ella se mantuvo cerrada al amor, ya casi cumple sus ochenta años y pienso lo sigue amando igual.

How nice it is to be able to come here and share a little about the experience I had with someone so close to me, my father, an exemplary and courageous man who always cared about the well-being of his family.

My father was a loving man. He always found a way out of every problem or situation that arose. I have very pleasant memories from when I was a child. I always took refuge with him when I had to run away from my mother for whatever terrible thing she did. When I knew I was going to get beaten up, I would run to her legs. He always looked after me and guided me through every little thing I did. My mother didn't have the same patience as My father, anything was "come and I'll punish her on her knees."

#

My mother punished us, but after leaving me kneeling for a certain amount of time, my hero, my dad, would arrive. He also gave me tremendous scoldings. I never remember any beatings or abuse from my father towards any of my siblings, much less me. Scoldings, if there was no shortage of them, when we did something wrong, it was knowing that he would keep me sitting for a long time to give me advice on what not to do so I wouldn't get punished again.

When my father died, and I was almost 18, I remember exactly every single piece of guidance he gave me and every piece of advice he gave me to help me get ahead. I always heard his voice telling me: "study so you can have everything you want in life," "never give up on a dream, keep going."

I will always remember him as a guiding father. He never blamed me for anything, he was always there to make sure I was okay. He was with us at all times, never abandoned us, until the time came for him to leave at 95. I was always by his side, I cared for him, I never left him alone. Even when he was sick, when he fell into a coma, I cared for him during the day and sometimes at night when he was hospitalized.

One day, I was very exhausted and wanted to come to my house to rest. An aunt stayed with my dad. After a while, when I was already resting and about to fall asleep, I remember that at seven in the morning on January 23rd, 1994, my aunt called me to tell me he had died. It was painful for me. Even though he was in a coma for over a month, I felt like he had died because I wasn't in the hospital at the time. But over the years, I realized it wasn't like that, but that it was simply time for him to leave for another plane that was no longer earthly.

#

I know that deep down, I did my best to make sure he was well, that it wasn't my fault he died the very day I came to rest at home. Each of us has a certain time here on earth. My father was my best example, a hard-working and determined man, just like my mother. But each one taught something different. Their love was wonderful. My mother loved him very much. Watching her suffer over his departure broke my heart. She remained young, but her love for my father was so great that she never attempted another relationship. Men came to our house to court her, but she remained closed to love. She's almost eighty, and I think she still loves him the same.
