For Aadhar card, you will have to go to the nearest Base Enrollment Center where you have to apply for the Aadhar. Keep in mind that the application of Aadhar card cannot be made online because your eyes and fingers are scanned during the formation of the foundation and this process can be completed only at the base center.

The applicant will have to fill the online application. The Aadhar card must be attached as proof of identity and address. The applicant will get appointment within three days. In the next 7 days, the applicant will get the passport at the given address.

Sign up at the passport service portal to fill the application for online passport. On the official portal, click on the "Sign up now" option shown below the application "New Users". Then a new page will open In the new page the applicant has to fill the following details: Name of the passport office, date of birth, email id, login id, password. After entering all these, place the image code in the space provided. Click on the "Register" button.

The applicant will receive an email at the email id recorded during the registration process. Activate the account by clicking the link given in the email.

To log in, type the username and password and then click on "Resume application for passport / re-passport".
