Search field overflows out of screen

In this post I want to report a bug I found on the [steemdb.com](https://steemdb.com/) website.

After I resized the window of the internet browser, I noticed that the search field is starting to be cut out of the screen.

As I resized the window of the browser down to 800 pixels, the search field became barely visible, making impossible to give an input and to search something. 

In this gif bellow, you can see how the search field overflows out of screen.

I made two screenshots to better illustrate the overflowing of the search field.

I think that the search field is a very important feature of any website, making the entire process of finding something quickly; therefore fixing this might be very useful for the users.
