Bully Yourself Into A Better Life - in 3 easy steps!

<p>I've been writing about the dangers of 'giving a fuck' for many years.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Many people suffer needlessly in life, because they limit themselves (and the chances they take) because they are worried about the opinions of others.</p>
<p>In this article, however... I'd like to discuss how social pressure can actually be a good thing.&nbsp;</p>
<p>See, I've discovered something I like to call...</p>
<p><strong>"Positive Social Pressure"</strong></p>
<p>It's really simple, but really powerful!</p>
<p>We all have at least one change we want in our lives.</p>
<p>...that <em>one</em> change we have put off for WAY too long.</p>
<p>It's easy to do. Whether it's fear of failure, being a perfectionist, or even just not knowing how to take the first step</p>
<p>...every one of us would be a lot more productive (and fulfilled) and HAPPIER if we just DID IT.</p>
<p>Am I right?</p>
<p>'Course I'm right.</p>
<p>So what if I told you, that you could use social pressure in a GOOD way - to get your off your ass and actually doing the things that would make your life better?</p>
<p>...Would that be sweet or what?</p>
<p>Ok, here goes..</p>
<h2><strong>3 easy steps to Crushing it @ Life</strong></h2>
<p>1. Tell your 5 closest friends and family members exactly what you are GOING to do, and when you are going to do it by.</p>
<p>2. Come up with a consequence that is going to happen, if you don't deliver.</p>
<p>3. Go and kick ass!</p>
<p>It's that simple.</p>
<p>Ah, you want a little more?</p>
<p>Ok - just come up with something that will put you out of your comfort zone if you don't follow through.</p>
<p>* Maybe going out and walking around all day in just your underwear!</p>
<p>* Or maybe they get to watch you as you stand around with a huge sign in the city centre that reads "I'm a little bitch"</p>
<p>* Or maybe you have to shave your head!! :O</p>
<p>But whatever it is, this kind of 'friendly pressure' is a great way to force yourself to take those chances you absolutely KNOW you should take.</p>
<p>I mean we all know a few people. Why not get them involved in our personal growth?&nbsp;</p>
<p>In fact, this very strategy is an amazing way to get people who are NOT into personal growth....into personal growth! :)</p>
<p>And the beauty is, it's a win/win situation.</p>
<p>Either you accomplish your goal</p>
<p>OR</p>
<p>You have a really fun time while pushing your comfort zone (and therefore making it more likely you will succeed with future goals)</p>
<p>FUCK YEAH!!!</p>
<p>....</p>
<p>So, here's your homework: (Don't panic, it's not so bad!)</p>
<p>1. Pick any one thing you've been putting off.</p>
<p>2. Decide you're doing it...starting RIGHT NOW.</p>
<p>3. Then send an email (or call) 5 people you know and TELL them what happens (and exactly when) if you don't complete a certain challenge or take a certain step in your life.</p>
<p>You know you want to!</p>
